I second the Thank You! As I have said before - V4L is awesome!

I keep V4L business cards in my purse and give them out to everyone who asks about my ecig!

Do you guys ever get any sleep?? You are truly dedicated to your customers and that says so much these days!

Happy Thanksgiving to all V4L family members!

I want a V4L 5v mod.Can you get me that please?

and an Atomic Fireball flavor!
this, but only if the atomic fireball flavor is spot on. i had a lot of so called "fireball" flavors from other vendors and there is only 1 that is spot on. i would much rather buy it from V4L if they had it.
Hi Dave. And a BIG welcome!! I have a suggestion for the order fulfillment department.
Perhaps one person could "pull" the order, and a second person could stuff the envelope,
mail, etc. The second person would be responsible to double-check the order to be sure
the correct items were pulled. I think this would help on both ends, both V4L's and the
customer end.
best idea ive heard.

Thanks - oooooo bubble gum, I like it ! - also the rewards system is something on our docket for 2011. QUESTION - would you rather get bonuses (As we do on almost EVERY order) or earn points?

definatley bonuses. if it was a points system, i would just get stuff that i normally get. part of what is so good about bonuses is that i get flavors that i never would have ordered and sometimes i end up loving them.

I am new and I have at least $150 worth of cartos that I don't like. Swapping is not an option, royal pita. "

...Just my opinion....I have done three swaps so far, and no problem!! It's a very good way to dispose of flavors you don't like in exchange
for flavors you DO like. Also, the conversations back and forth between the "swappers" inables you to make new friends. Just my :2c: :)

Although I like experimenting with new equipment, juices, etc. from multiple vendors, V4L and their awesome products made a quitter out of me and they are still my go-to company! :D

Your customer service is top-notch, your delivery times are great, and the bonuses thrown into the orders are a lot of fun!

I'd like to receive advance notice of sales; if I need to order something, I'll order it even without a discount but it would be nice to know in advance and you would win because I tend to overspend when I'm saving money *hint* *hint*. ;)

A slim carry case for assembled regular and/or XL PVs and extra cartos would rock.

A hard protective case that holds one assembled regular or one assembled XL would be nice, too, because I find myself constantly tucking one in my pocket when I go out for short trips or are somewhere I can't hold my PV or leave it sitting on a surface. Too many misfired manual batts...and one lost XL batt in the car (found it weeks later and it still had a charge, though!).

A PCC for XL batts - I love the XL batts and would not have to worry about running out of charge or carrying around extra regular batts in their own PCC.

Finally, a multi-port charger would save me lots of time at night when I'm juggling batts and chargers and fighting my hubby for an open outlet! :D

Thanks for listening, and keep on doing what you're doing!

Nice try, but a 2 amp draw from low resistance cartos on a 5 V passthrough would drain the pcc within minutes; that's why there are 3.7 V batteries that cartos screw onto! The pcc is a trickle charger; not enough capacity to do both for sure. Check out the mod forum, you will find a lot more information along these lines there.

I thought he was referring to a pcc, but probably not - my misinterpretation most likely. They would still have to be two separate regulated transformers in either case; the charger has to be a low current circuit with 3.7 V LiIon charging algorithm, the USB port would have to be 5 V 2 Amp. You could put them in one box, and it could work - Adrenalynn would know for sure (and probably has one).

Hi there Dave, this is Dave also, awesome name IMO. ;) AKA Max. I'd like to see more free shipping, I guess I'm not hard to please. Tacking on that shipping charge at the end makes me gasp just a little bit. I'm on a mission to spread the V4L name to as many as possible, I'm writing about your flavors right now for my blog. BTW, how's your leg man? R U 100% yet?

Oh yeah! MOUNTAIN DEW!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!

If I'm not mistaken they used to carry a Mountain Dew flavor, and I liked it. It was in the soda shop sample pack I got when I first started vaping -- would like to see them again for sure.

I really used to love the cola flavor, I don't care for the wow cola at all but the last bottle of reg I got tasted a bit different too, was there a change in the recipe or supplier? or maybe just my taste buds?

Several things I would like to see, many have already been listed.
- Multi battery charger
- Case that will hold 5 pre-assembled batteries with carts attached
- Rewards points with bonuses. You could do like my banks do and give 1-2 points for every dollar spent. Points can then be redeemed for either products or gift certificates. Then, for every so many points earned, you would get a bonus with your next purchase. Could be product bonus, or free shipping, or % off; whatever you choose.
- Instead of the AC wall charger, do like they do for iPhone and iPod (etc), and come up with a dual (or more) USB wall charger. I hardly ever use the AC wall charger, I really only use the USB charger. One thing that I absolutely love (and you guys can check it out) is my Zagg Sparq. Check it out at Zagg.com. I can charge my iPhone, iPod, V4L batts., etc. Anything that charges using a USB, I use my Zagg Sparq for all of them.
- Instead of the previously mentioned single cart purchase to try different flavors, you could do a build your own sampler. Or, like previously mentioned, do large samplers. One could be all of the WOW flavors and the other could be all of the CoolCart/Premium flavors. Personally, I like the build your own sampler better because there are a lot of flavors I know that I wouldn't like such as Tobacco flavors.
- I love the sales, but hate that there is a "minimum amount" attached to it. Lately, all of the sales have a minimum purchase amount attached to the sale. I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of money to spend all the time. Sometimes, we just need to order a few things. Most of the time, the minimum amount we spend is $50-$60 each order. I think the minimum being $100 is a little too much. On another note, I love what you guys are doing with the Family sales otherwise.
-Maybe you could also incorporate a "flavor of the month" deal. Whichever flavor you (V4L) chose for that month could be on sale that whole month and maybe throw in a cart of that flavor with every order.

I am sure I could come up with more ideas, but I think this is enough for now.

Since you asked...The only thing I'm upset about is that one day I'll place an order and within a day or two I'll receive an email saying you're having a sale on what I just purchased! I haven't seen anyone offer a credit for the difference or even a suggestion to do so.
Of course if I knew there would be a sale within a day or two I would have held off on placing my order, and would have spent more!
Maybe an email to your members in advance before letting it out to the public? Maybe a credit after spending so much money? Maybe a credit to your account if you've purchased a day or two in advance of a sale? Or how about..spend X $'s and get a free X ? That would be awesom customer service.
