Free, if you have the tank with the side screw, fill as per Kempo's instructions. If you got the one without the side screw, you can slide the carto down and fill thru the top like other tanks.

Excellent Bov.....am waiting to get a saddle valve to punch one of the 3.0's then will set it up...hmmmm...now which flavor should go in that one????...... BTW....I have 3 tanks now....geez..from no tanks to 3....steppin up in the world. Also filled a 3.0 carto with Florida Citrus Explosion!!!!!!!!!!! Whoohoo...blow my brains out.....Ohhhhh Baby!

A slap yo mama is a very good tool to help w/top filling... I have one and I'm in love w/it.. I can't wait to vape my tank empty so I can use my lil handy dandy tool

This is what I use to push my cartos down. Crude Dude huh? Actually I have an adapter I made with an oring on each end and I can change a carto on a full tank without losing a drop of juice.

Here's what I like about notcig customer service. 2 days from order to my hands. That's a little over 32hrs. from shipping notice which was almost when I ordered to my P.O.. Can't ask for any more than that.

They don't all last that long. I've had them needing replaced after one day. I think it has to do with the juice a person uses. The darker juices seem to make them go quicker. I usually vape light juice and it's 100% PG.

I've noticed a drop off in performance as well in my Boge's Vikki. It bums me out when they start to draw stiff only a few days later. Makes me wonder if it's a quality control issue or being done on purpose. Time will tell I guess.
