I rewicked my kayfun and loaded it up! Its running a 1.3 ohm coil with KGD. I put it on my Provari and started it at 4.2 volts (that's my standard setting for that ohm coil).

I'm getting plenty of that hot chocolate flavor, like the kind you mix with hot water cause you don't have any milk. It tastes the same just not as thick and creamy. ;)
Thats the predominant flavor I'm getting (almost Virusy to be honest! Its very similar) the perfumey flavor is not present, I'm assuming because of the tighter draw on the kayfun as apposed to the Nuppin I was using yesterday.

I bumped it up to 4.5 volts and didn't really notice much of a difference. At both settings there is a creaminess that comes in after a few seconds after exhale (like 10-15 seconds). Could be the marshmallowz, I can't quite place it, but it's not the coconut. I'll vape on it all day tomorrow and pass it around to my friends at work to see if they can figure it out!

Still a straight home run!

I bought a bottle, since the one I ordered hadn't arrived before I went out of town, from the NT lab this morning before taking my daughter to the airport. My first impression when I cracked the bottle was a bakery cinnamon scent. After vaping a bit, I got that cinnamon taste that is so well known from a very fresh H1N1 or Virus. For those of us that have been lucky enough to get a bottle back when Clark and Katy were mixing to order, you know what I am talking about. This sets the Cure up, at least in my opinion, to take the twists and turns that H1N1 took as it matured. I really look forward to this.

I also get the cocoa note and while I was back in the NT warehouse doing a few things, I got an unexpected visitor. I went to take a vape and the coconut came to the front. It was not overwhelming by no means and it wasn't perfumey to me like others have described. I have not gotten it again and that may be because I am looking for it now. Before, I had totally forgotten it was in there.

As others have noted, the profile will changed as the liquid steeps and the flavors meld. I did have a chance to hit a well steeped bottle of the Cure when Clark handed me his device while we were going to dinner. Chicken Dinner!

I will also note, that I am not getting the chocolate from Got Cookie, that others are. I have a bottle of the first run of Got Cookie when it was still called Oreo though and I know the recipe has changed since then. As I stated before, instead of the chocolate I am getting Cocoa. This is the same Cocoa that I get from a bottle of Dutch Cocoa Tobacco from The Plume Room. I also have not picked up the graham cracker which I think is getting mixed with the NET note. Just my tasting notes and I am sure it will change bunches before it is all said and done.

BTW.....I am using a iPV3 with a Marquis dripper, dual coils .6ohms at 30w. My wicks are a day old and Clark handed my some cotton he wanted my to try so in the next day or two I will rewick using that and see what I get.

I have faith in TC, and Nicoticket for that matter. Having said that, I must admit I can't wait for the day to arrive when steeping being a necessity to enjoy your e-juice as intended is a thing of the past. I chalk it up to vaping being in its relative infancy. I, for one, am not a fan of "the journey."

Disclaimer: I am not patient. :p

Totally get it - I am impatient too. That's why were working so hard on building stock... it's one of those "we just released it" situations. First batch is always at a premium.

I can tell you it's NICE with a bit of ACB but Peeps - oh heck yeah - trying that tomorrow.

I need to quick order more Atlanta and the Cure you know for the Zombie Apocalypse. Gotta throw in more ACB and Strawnilla and I just this morning cracked open my last Frenilla and Cheesecake. OH NO!

I am pretty confident that Peeps needs to stick around... LMAO. So much for the word "Seasonal" LMAO

We are on the second tank here, as well. I really like it, today I got a hint of the coconut - nice toasty coconut. I wanted MORE! Now and then it tastes like .... German Chocolate Cake. Then goes back to s'mores. I dig both! :vapor:

German Chocolate Cake goes straight to my *ss ;)

Get with me on that cotton big daddy - thinking of adding it to the site and we need the gota seal of approval.

I am not sure other people get this but I get different notes when vaping while driving then I do when I am at home or in a building. Not sure why this is but it's been like this for a couple of years now. Most of the time when vaping in my vehicle, I get a metallic taste for the first few drags. This morning on my way to our Wednesday morning meeting at work, I was hitting the Cure. The marshmallow really came through and the cocoa was still present. I still get these flavors at home but the marshmallow has tamed down some.

There was/is a saying in Dutch Harbor, AK when I was fishing up there. If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes because it will change. I think I can say the same thing about the Cure. If it is not hitting for you at the time, try it again after a rest and see what you get.

I will rewick and run it through it's paces today. Will let you know what I think Friday when I get to the office.

The coconut element is definitely there for me but than I have been blessed ( or cursed) with a very discerning palate and often get flavors from things that others do not. With that being said, the coconut is very subtle at this point and IMHO takes nothing away from the overall profile of the juice.
i hearya on the curse/blessed palate. are you a super taster too? unfortunately even a hint of coconut turns me off to things.. :( glad there are lots of other good juices though!

Perfumey taste is gone for me as of last night. Much more enjoyable now. I've gone through about 4-4.5 ml of it in the past 3 days. I think it's time to just let it steep and try again in a couple of weeks or so. When the baccy comes out to play, I'll play hard :)

Still going strong on TC here. Laziness has gotten the better of me so I've not loaded up any other devices, but this is still rocking in the reo. I actually dropped in to report cinnamon taste, which is new, and saw gota's post. Hilarious. So yeah getting a distinct cinnamon note now. A little less cocoa after the re-wick. This may be mellowing with the short steep and breathing it's had over the past couple of days. Still prevalent, but different. This is definitely a mover. One of the reasons I have to keep vaping it non-stop!

Also tried mixing about 50/50 with some peeps. It was good, but as of now I like them better separately. Each one has it's own unique traits that I like to enjoy to their fullest. I'm just nearing the halfway mark on my sample size bottle (60ml of course). It's a good thing my standard policy is to buy two sample sizes. ;)

+1

I only reorder juice that I enjoy fresh. I'm not trying to warehouse e-liquid.

Hmmm....this is interesting. I'm getting notes that I taste in The Virus and definitely cinnamon with some chocolate. First thing I noticed was the GCDish cinnamon and then the Virus notes with a hot chocolate type finish. Not really tasting marshmallow or graham cracker at this point.

Magma with a single coil 26 gauge 6/7 wrap coming in at .6

Definitely a cloudy look to the liquid, much lighter in color than I was expecting. "Drier" vape than I was expecting, though not sure why I expected anything. At this point I'm going to agree with the "it needs to steep" crowd, of course that could change after this overnight airing out.

Vaping 12 mg on a Provari P3 with Nautilus Mini. Loving it so far. Cocoa comes first for sure. Just a touch of cinnamon, then marshmallow. Not getting the coconut yet. Very anxious to try this again after a steep, but Imma gonna finish this tank first. Good stuff!
