I have about 18 rdas and I used to rotate a lot of them but after I received my origen v2 I've been spoiled. now I find normal rdas to be a bit of PITA to use and don't see much use, I'm waiting for a second origen and a veritas but my quasars, omegas, igos are all just looking at me sadly... even my mods are looking at me sadly as I don't use them that much as I don't have the right topper for them anymore.
I have 5 mods and just one great topper for them!

anyone else with me on this??

please don't make a reo post here

I also have a decent sized collection, and I do use most of them, just because I like to rotate my various set ups. But I do have my favorites, and it's like a special treat when they come up in rotation. My favorites are my Magma, Viking, Odin, and Vulcan. The other, 'shallow well' RDAs still vape great. I just have to remember to drip more often. RDAs are changing so rapidly that was the latest and greatest a few months ago are just sort of meh now. I do have a few that I just simply don't like, and have been relegated to the back of the drawer, just because I have drippers that are so much better.

I know how you feel Vapero... my other drippers are in the "To be gifted/sold" drawer. Veritas, Origen V2 and Magma are all I ever use. Spoiled we are. ;-)

I'm lucky. I'm fairly new to vaping so I wasn't around for the shallower RDAs. My first was the Nucleus then I bought a Magma, Veritas, Plume Veil and 454 Big Block. All of them are in the rotation and I like them all. Of course I'm sure the new "next big thing" will come out next week and render them all obsolete!!

If there were some modifications made to the positive lead binder system on the Veritas, i would go out on a limb and say its darn near perfect.
There's a video with the guy building his coils on the Veritas, with a single piece of wire wrapped around the positive post as the starting point. This is fine and fast... but hard to make really nice, tight coils.

I do something similar, but I built a simple "pattern duplicate" fixture out of hard wood that allows me to hold one piece of wire, looped around a stud, and wrap both coils. In other words, same layout as the Veritas posts... but without a deck in the way. ;-)

I build both coils from one wire, just like the video (or a Origen V2 for that matter)... lift off the coil set and transfer it to the Veritas.

I got the origen v2 a few days ago and it's hard to imagine going back to the magma, tobh, quasar. I still use my zenith but the origen is the one I use the most. I'd probably use nothing else if it was easier to wick and build, but I like to rebuild a lot and the origen is a little fussy for that.

I'm a fan, the deep well makes all the difference. I think I like the Magma a little more than the Origen. But I'm waiting on a Veritas, which I'm really looking forward to.

I'm rather glad now that I never got into conventional RDAs too much. However, the kayfuns are seeing less use these days.
