Tonight I picked up a bottle of honey roasted peanuts (the only way I eat actual peanuts, i.e not including peanut butter or reese's) and started munching on them; when I had the idea for making a honey roasted peanut vape! I think peanut butter would work for the peanuts, but what about the honey flavor? I'm pretty sure I've seen honey flavor somewhere before, but does anyone know where I can get it, who makes it, or how it tastes? I really want to try this recipe and see if I can't get close at least.

I love those too! Unfortunately, I don't care for any vape that has honey in it. Smells like a musty old building to me. lol

Some people love it though. If you're still game The Flavor Apprentice (at Perfumers Apprentice) sells honey flavoring.

I have some of the peanut butter flavor from The Flavor Apprentice and I love it . I don't think you would use real peanut butter for it though . I also have some of their dark double chocolate but it is semi sweet so you would need a sweetener with it .

I don't know about honey but have you tried FA peanut its quite authentic

I haven't gotten the FA Peanut, no, hadn't found a recipe that I needed peanut for yet, but I wonder if it tastes any different than peanut butter? Peanut butter is usually just ground peanuts with salt, so I'm not sure they'd taste different.

I got 15ml of the FA peanut butter flavour I wish I had gotten more . No need for a recipe with that one it is great on its own . Although I did mix it with some chocolate and tobacco flavors and it did get a bit lost in them . I used 5% each . Next time I will use it on it's own or in a greater % . Not that you can't taste it but it comes on as more of an after taste .

I don't think I'd like it on its own myself, it's got an aftertaste that reminds me of the Peanut Butter Jelly Belly beans, which I don't like very much. Maybe if I mix it at a higher concentration I might like it. Right now I have it in a Peanut Butter Cup recipe that I need to tweak.
