Well, I did fine for the first 2 months and then the camel rep found me in a bar giving away free cigarettes and I took them with the intention of giving them away. I smoked about 5 in a week, gave it away, but then I've been cheating a few everyday. My 2 atomizers (from Dec 17th) are still working, but are kinda weak, I only have one USB and one working battery. I partied one night and my e-cigarette died and I smoked like 3 in 5 hours! I feel sad I have relapsed and hope to pull my boot straps back up. Ive had one today and hope none tomorrow. I have new parts on the way. Does anyone know of a device you don't have to pull deep from? I have only tried the DSE901.
I get frustrated by the inconsistancy sometimes and wish for an ecig more consistant when I quit completely I had the breath of an angel. I guess I just need support to get back on the train completely. Oh yeah, and I guess I can forget my signature now.

Sorry to hear about that. I went a week and a half and my atomizers ( both ) went bye bye and I started back. But I had a Janty Dura on order and got it yesterday and some new atomizers for my 901 on the way. Don't beat yourself up to bad. You will get back on board. Keep up the good fight and you will be fine. My 901 that I got from thesmokelessshop.com isn't that tough of a draw. Honestly I like my 901 more than I do the Dura. I kinda liked the tip more. The battery though on my Dura lasts alot longer I believe. Get back on the train, we saved you a seat. :)

Cut yourself some slack. Quitting analogs is the hardest thing most of us will ever do. I also agree with you that the inconsistency in e-cigs makes quitting more problematic. Plus the whole supply problem makes it harder, also. Just climb back on the e-cig horse and take it a day at a time. And if you have an occassional analog, compare that to what you were doing prior to e-cigs.

Nadia - Everyone is right. Don't be so hard on yourself. What has helped me is that I look at it as I have no intention of quitting... I am simply changing my brand. I cheated. Once. Fell hook line and sinker for a Parli. Granted, I felt horrible after it, but if I had had one more, I would have been fine.

The thing to remember is that it took you years to get where you were as a tobacco smoker, so slowing that train down might take awhile. You should be proud of yourself at the accomplishment you have made thus far. We all know it isn't an easy task. Remember, you aren't only addicted to the nicotine, but to some of the additives (that is how BT gets brand loyalty).

If you aren't already, my suggestion is to drip. 2-3 drops each time you need a smoke. Works wonders and will help on your "draw" situation.

Either way, you have all of us. We are all in the same boat as you and well... we are all happy to row for awhile if you need it :)

Lots of love and good karma to you my dear.

It's 5 months since my last cigarette, but i've always said to myself sometimes i would smoke one, every now and then, maybe to celebrate something. I still haven't, but the point is unless you experience a bad relapse, and by that i mean not stopping after a few, it's fine. The worst damage is already done, the healing is begun, a cigarette once in a while will slow it only a little. But i must confess the thing i'm worried mostly would be nicotine overdose, so that's the best reason to limit your relapse.
