They vape wonderfully the 1st few hrs then usually die after one or two days.....tired of buying the replacement coils which last the same.

The whole issue of Clearomizers is frustrating to me....Thought I found my perfect one in the Kanger Evod....vaped awesome...but that too dies off too soon....mini vivi ....so so...CE4's same.....PLEASE.....I want to find the BEST Clearo/Carto for my Ego....

What do you mean by "dying"? The coil burns out? I've been using EVOD heads in my Protank for up to one week, and haven't had a single one die... but the flavor goes off. I've been swapping them out and saving the heads to do a mass cleaning and dry-burn, but I haven't had one fail in a month of vaping with 2 different Protanks. The T3's had a problem firing on my MVP, so I kinda gave up on them.

edit: What device are you using them with?

Sorry you are having this much trouble. but i started with the CE4's and now have the Evods and have been very happy. I also just got some T3's by accident and so far they arent bad either but only have used them for a day or two. Usually i just rinse them out with hot water, then give them a dry burn to get the coils glowing and they work fine. I also rebuild my heads with hemp rather than silica, but you really cant dry burn them well then. I havent rebuilt the T3's and them seem a little more difficult than the Evod's. Some people soak there heads in PGA and or use a ultrasonic cleaner too.

Also what ratio are you vaping(PG/VG)? thicker VG might need to run a bit hotter so more volts or watts. Also they do make this stuff cheaply and not much quality control too. My rebuilts last longer than the original's usually. I am trying the pro tank too and so far i am very happy with the kanger line

Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Coil burns out on the T3...I replace with new coil and it seems to do the same....the Evod and mini vivi just seem to lose flavor and vaping power too soon. I do take them off, wash, let them dry a day and they vape like new for a day maybe....then only a few hrs. Been looking into recoiling myself....I'm not a patient man however and it looks like very tedious , tiny work for my large fingers

I have 2 evods 2 t3s 2 novas and a protank I've been vaping for a few months and never had a head die or any leak.
I do rinse with every juice change and my thicker juices I rinse every couple tank fills. I also make sure ill put all my tank crackers in my protank. I understand people get duds but if your taking care of your stuff maybe it's the juice your using. Are you using Any cinnamon or citrus type juices?

what kind of juice are you using? Darker/Sweeter juices are going to gunk up coils alot faster which is going to cause a loss in flavor and vapor. I would try dry burning them there really shouldnt be any reason why every head you use stops performing and a protank is not going to solve it since they basically feed the same way an Evod does.

THanks....I use 65/35 ...65 PG. I mostly use a mix of ameretto, bourbon and cappacino form Mt Baker..using a regular Ego , no adjustment voltage. I do vape almost constant while awake....at work about half the time...and the wife vapes too so we're using them a LOT....so that might be some reason.....but the T3's ARE dying on me way too soon, even the repalcements.

Cleaned my 46 day old one maybe 3 times...

.....I shut up now....

(Sheepish smile)

Unfortunately for those having trouble I'm on all original T3 gear for over 2 months, going on 3 actually. I have rewicked some heads with cotton and some are still using the stock silica. I make sure to keep the coils gunk free, not even very diligently. On my eVods, they are probably about a month old and I have not even needed to rewick or go for my back up heads yet. I guess I'm lucky but I have had excellent success with Kanger products. They've made me a brand loyalist for sure and I can't wait for the T3S and the mini ProTank. I hope those and the eVod will all have semi interchangeable heads too...

I have MT3 and that is the one I have to recoil/rewick often. When you say dead, you mean coil/wick is burned off and something else? If you can recoil/rewick, the potential that it is dead is only the silicon seal gasket is torn. Not sure if we can buy those only.

I believe someone actually linked the silicon gaskets in another thread.
