That's not your fault of course. In my email exchange with Boge, it seemed like they had no idea that needle could be a weak point.

I know he said they were going to both include an extra one and make them available wholesale, but I'm not sure how that actually translates to the retail channel. I don't even know if there's much connection with PR and the people who ship these things is, but I think the guy I talked to was an exec over there, so let's hope

Meanwhile, he is sending me 3 replacement needles, so at least I should be ok. LOL
