Jane from ECSi? Where are you?

I ordered from electroniccigarettesales.com a couple days ago, and was told I'd get an email when my order shipped. I haven't gotten anything. I've sent two emails and no response yet. I also tried calling a few times over the past day, and my calls go straight to voicemail, only it says her voicemail is full and can't accept new messages.

Does anyone know of another way to get in touch with Jane? Does she have an account on this forum? Any other suggestions?

I just talked to Jane, she has been overwhelmed with over 140 orders the last few days, you may have to be a little patient. Phone is not taking calls because customers were calling at 3:00 in the morning. Again we suppliers need a little understanding here. It may take us a few days to get caught up from the Christmas and New Years rush. Seems like even more orders between Christmas and New Years, probably because of New Year's resolutions we are all making. Hope everyone has a great New Years!

I understand about the holiday rush, but the lack of communication is a problem for me.

After my order with Jane I placed another with Steve from Puresmoker, which was promptly shipped within 24 hours. He also responded within 5 minutes to each of my emails.

If Jane is still gonna take a couple more days with my order I'd rather just cancel it and order from someone else -- but I don't know what to do since I can't even find out the status of the order.

Do not despair, I have dealt with jane many times and she will get it done. I am NOT a supplier, but I do know that many of them are overwhelmed and overtired right now with the surge of orders and then end of the year resolutions.

I also know it's hard, but be patient, Jane is great to deal with and will not let you down.

Uh-oh. Thanks for the info. I tried e-mailing her about sample packs a few days ago and hadn't received an answer yet. Not a problem. The mad rush of orders stands to reason. I only just started this e-cig thing and so far, I've raved about 'em to about 15 people. If even 4 or 5 decide to try 'em, think of how many more orders are gonna roll in per week on referals from all of us? Pyramid turns into landslide? Ouch!
