to all the people that own the JANTY eGO AUTOMATIC set, what are the pros n cons of it. i am looking into buying one but i cant make up my mind if cartomizers are the way to go or a XL atomizer with XL carts. which one has less risk of the fluid leaking into the automatic battery. i am pretty confused and only one of you guys can help me. also, i would gladly appreciate it if someone could tell me the pros n cons of Janty eGO cartomizers as to Janty eGO XL atomizer with XL carts. also, which one lasts longer and has consistent smoke without any burnt taste. i vape about average a hour-two a day. please , i really need your help. i've been torn between which is better from these two.thank you SO much for all your help.

sincerely
steve

Hello and welcome, Steve! I can only venture a guess that both cartomizers and cartridges stand a chance of leaking. That's part of the reason I decided to go with a manual battery. the XL carts hold more juice, so you'll get a longer vaping time with those. You should only be getting a burnt taste when the cart is dry and it's time to refill.

hmm, i cant stand clicking a button everytime i would like to vape. XL carts seem to be a better option when it comes to refilling the cart. do you use the white material or you use your own kind of special material for a better seal?

BTW: since you only vape 1-2 hours a day, you'd do well with the standard 510 model. Why did you choose the larger, longer battery life eGo model?

i like the fact that it has a 8hr battery life. im on the go a few times and short batteries are not my thing. some days i like to vape hard, other days i dont.

I think the eGo cartomizer is supposed to be harder to fill than normal cartos because it comes standard with a tapered end or something. I know you have to fill it with a syringe -- I haven't tried them yet. The cartridges, I assume, are just like normal but bigger. What do you vape now?

the cartomizer has less chance of leaking.

i vape the blu. im sending it back, i just recently recieved it and i cant stand the battery life and the vapor/taste production. i want something that has a long battery life regardless of how much i smoke, its a safety thing. also, im not interested in filling carts everyday or so as i am intensely busy with studies. i cant be bothered fiddling with carts all day just to vape.

If you want long battery life and lots of vapor, then the eGo is definitely the way to go. Fiddling with carts really doesn't take that long once you get the hang of it. I can understand being busy with school and such. I'm a full-time student (only two more weeks till I graduate!) and I also work full-time. I just made filling a few cartridges a part of my "before-bed-get-everything-together-for-tomorrow" routine.

oh wow, NICE. go you!, so what do you suggest? cartomizers or the ego XL atomizer with ego XL cartS? . you own cartomizers right? if so, what do you like and what dont you like about them?

As long as you don't overfill, you won't have a problem. Most users overfill cos they want to get as much liquid in as posssible, so that the session lasts longer. If you're going for the XL carts/catromizer anyway, then you won't have any short sessions, so you won't have the need to overfill ?

i am worried about the leak into my automatic battery. if cartomizers wont leak then ill get them, but if the XL carts ( which are way easier to fill without any syringe) leak, then they are not so good.

yes, it's all about what works for you. I, personally, can't make cartridges work for more than 10 minutes without having to fuss around with them. Cartomizers are sooo easy: you fill a bunch the night before and bring them with you when you leave the next morning. You don't have to carry around juice, tweezers, paper towels.... etc. When vapor drops off, you switch to a different carto.

I honestly think you should reconsider the automatic battery and get a manual. For one thing, you push the button to heat the atty/carto rather than starting your drag on a cold eGo, so you don't have to drag as long. I also find it a lot easier to push the button than to concentrate on my draw to keep my battery "on".

Also, both attys and cartos will leak onto the batt. Keeping them wet is the key to not getting the burnt taste, but some juices will burn easier than others. For cartos, I use regular size, LR cartos from Vaporjunction or Nhaler. They last long, the vape is very nice and consistent, and they fill very easily (just pop the cap and drip on the filler). I haven't felt the need to try the XLs, but I do switch between atty and carto depending on my mood and the juice I'm vaping.

hm, do you have to constantly keep pushing the button everytime you would like to vape? or once the cart/atty is heated, no need to push the button?
