Janty Europe - how do you return an item?

I bought two of these Janty Europe - eGo AUTOMATIC BATTERY BLACK but find the draw on them to weak compared to the manuals so I've decided to return them.

On the above site it says

Return Method:
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.

To return your order, simply use the contact form on our website, find the "warranty and returns" button and follow the instructions correctly. If you forget to mention your order number we will not be able to answer your request.


I've spent over an hour trying to find the "contact form". Can anyone help?

I did that 3 days ago Toby but I don't think I've had a reply (Status says "Pending resolution"). I don't see how this

could be interpreted as instructions to open a ticket. When choosing the ticket type I had to choose "general questions" as there is no "returns" option.

The website states "You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund with ANY REASONS."

It was 11 days before I received the purchase. I've now been waiting a further 6 days for a reply to my ticket which I've still not got. Do Janty actually do returns or do they just play out the 30 days with dire customer service?

My experience with Janty has always been excellent. They have been very good about honoring warranties and responding to problems. My guess is that since they can see the date of your inquiry they would not play a waiting game with the return policy. Janty has always been among the most honorable of suppliers. My guess is that they are pretty swamped with the release of new products. You can send a PM to them here and possibly get a quicker response.
