So per Spikey I decided to start a more positive thread on Janty. I know many of us have had some order / customer service issues but they seem to be getting better. As with all businesses, sometimes processes need to be revamped- especially when the demand gets higher. E-Cigs have gone from a novelty initially to a huge business. More and more people are switching to them every day and Janty, as well as all the other suppliers, need to setup for the increase demand.

So either way, I ordered a Dura C (nicknamed DC for the purposes of this thread) on the 16th and got it on the 24th (not too bad- ordered from the USA site). Once I got the DC I plugged it all in and waited. I was curious to see how I would like a manual switch, turns out I LOVE IT. The DC is by far the best E-Cig I've tried. With the sealed batteries of the DC and the statement on their website that dripping is not only acceptable but expected, I went to town. I have their RY4 juice and a 5 pack of carts and I love the flavor. The throat hit is amazing with the DC and the vapor production is also fantastic. Having used the DC for the past few days it's hard for me to use anything else, nothing that I currently own can match the feeling I get from the DC. It looks like they have fixed the leaky cart issues they were plagued with early on. Battery life is great and it's a very handsome e-cig!

I was and am hesitant to order anything from Janty at the moment while they get their supply chain in order, but the DC is fantastic and worth the wait. No issues with it what-so-ever.

I'd like to see people share their experiences with the DC and other Janty products here. We know the shipping/communication issues are being worked on- so please don't churn that up here. Just straight up product info!

Whilst I love my EVO it doesn't give me the throat hit I want/need sometimes so based on reviews in this forum I ordered my Dura-C through the UK supplier ivapour.co.uk.

It came next day :)

First impressions after 1 days use? WOW WOW WOW - I wanted throat hit - I got throat KICK!

I did notice that this is one thirsty device but hey if I get the hit i aint too bothered.

I have had my Dura-C for almost three weeks now and it performs flawlessly. I absolutely adore it. I had great service from iVapour with delivery lightning fast, and then ordered a second kit from them.

With their free auto battery promotion, I have four atomizers, four manual batts and two auto batts. I had one dead atomizer which iVapour replaced quickly and the rest is working great.

I have a Kissbox Classic and have found that I break the manual switches easily. This issue does not appear to affect the Dura-C so far despite the switches looking similar.

The carts need an o-ring though. If you fill them over ten drops or they start to loosen after being inserted and removed a few times, they leak badly. This is a big let down for such a nice unit. I wish I didnt have to worry about it but it's a weak point in the design. With thought and care, I dont find my carts leaking but I would prefer not to need thought and care!

It did take almost a month for my kissbox to arrive from Janty Europe, and I have had a PCC on order from them for two weeks with no sign of it shipping. Live stock levels would be a massive improvement to the Janty site. I love the way iVapour indicate what is in stock and what is not. Harry from Janty Europe is very good but keeping stock seems an issue. This is the only thing about Janty I dislike and I dislike it big time. I'm impatient you see ;)

But worth the wait? Absolutely. I'm no fanboy and will change my mind about a brand easily. Neither am I a basher. I just share my experiences. So far, Janty products are a pleasure to own.

I guess I need to be a supporting member to get my order then. Or maybe I should have .....ed earlier. Doesnt seem right.

Sorry, this is awful. I have been very understanding, but now I have done everything that I can do with absolutley no response at all to three very "calm" emails. Do I need to pay more?

Ok. now I am a supporting member. Helping the cause.

Ludo has been handling some of these issues. Maybe email him at info@jantystore.com with your order number- he interfaces with Jeff directly . Jeff, the US rep has been having a lot of issues. The reason jantyusa.com is down is so they can focus on fixing customer issues and shipping problems before they sell anything else.

I'm sorry for your bad experience, I hope this helps a little!

ugh... One more email. :) Ok thanks for the info. I had seen where other people did that and got their orders soon after. That in itself is what I am most upset with. If we all are suffering.... thats just what it is. But now it seems like "playing favorites"

If I become a "favorite" Im ok with that, but not until then :)

Wow nice and calm thread
We are reviewing the DURA atomizer, we feel the resistance/conduction can be improved. There will be a new version available for testing in a few weeks. I will keep you posted on this and it would be good to send out a few to test here.
I volunteer. Pick me

I talked to Jeff at janty and I I’m sure he will make good on orders and replacements that were delayed do to stock. I just put in an order for a kiss box until the new janty stick is available so I can use the pass-through to save batteries
There are problems with ALL ecigs my smoking everywhere had leaking carts and dead batteries and atomizers

When I did my research after the bad experience with smoking everywhere it came down to two the Njoy pin and the kissbox from Janty but I went with the new Dura and have been pleased with it, yes some carts leaked and batteries dying. And Jeff was fast in replacing them without having to send the bad ones back. I did help fix some of the leaking carts by pressing my tweezers in the two holes on the side of the cart making them tighter
So the bottom line is I’m not giving up on Janty they have very good products there not generic and have good track record there has been some problem as of late but think they will make good once they get there stock of cigs

absolutely its worth it.

they had a few things happen (out of their control) which
caused a chain reaction:

1. a surge in demand

2. chinese new year where everything shuts down for awhile.

3. shipments that didn't make it through Hong Kong

4. they moved locations.

They have addressed the issues and Jeff is working his tail
off.

I ALWAYS get a response from jeff if you use the info@jantyusa.com
address.

he forgot to send me my warranty replacement atomizers and immediately
shipped them out when I emailed him about it.

Less about favorites and more about Ludo driving his foot up Jeff's ... to get it done. It's sad but true. I don't know why this has to be done but it works. Ludo has his own distribution chain to worry about let alone having to babysit and prod the person who is doing it in the US.

Hmm. I've had a bad day and I think that came out harsher than I intended but F---IT :)
