I finally got a replacement atomizer from JantyUSA for my Kissbox I received about a month ago. Well worth the wait. This sucker is a fogging monster. It stays connected 90%+ of the time to my laptop and I vape it constantly via dripping. When you have a fully-operational KB, life is good. If you have to wait for warranty parts, life is less good. Warranties are a double-edged sword. You put off ordering spare parts because you know the original parts are replaceable under warranty. If a part goes bad, you have to wait for a replacement. Fortunately, most pen-style atomizers work fine with the KB so I have stocked up on atomizers from Puresmoker and VaporGuys.

Yes, they're worth the wait. Here are my impressions of the Dura-C, which I put in an older thread by mistake:

Very early impressions are that I love it. It took about 5 drags before the atomiser started producing decent vapour and now it's vaping like a steam train.

The lightness of the draw is about right for me, with enough resistance that it doesn't feel like I'm sucking air bur not so much that it's like sucking through a knotted cocktail straw. The resistance changes when I press the battery button, becoming slightly harder while vapour is being created. I have high hopes that this will help me more accurately determine when a cart or battery is running low.

The initial popping and sizzling from a fresh atomiser and cart were a bit disconcerting until they wore off; now it simply fizzes nicely when I press the button and take a drag.

The button itself has a nice clicky feel without making a loud clicky sound. There's a very positive tactile indication of when it's closed and powering the atomiser. It's not ridiculously easy to depress the switch but I think it could still be activated accidentally when sitting in a pocket so I'll be taking the atomiser off before I put the unit away to carry around.

I see a little bit of liquid seepage around the cart, so that problem hasn't been fixed. Not a big deal for me, but I know it bugs some people.

What else? Placement of the button is good, just where my forefinger or thumb naturally rests when holding the unit in a comfortable, balanced way. Power supply has that nifty little right-angle connector in place of a lead, which takes up a bit more space at the socket but which I like because it reduces the rats nest of cabling which seems to accumulate around me.

Technique: I find that this sequence works well for me:

1. Pressing the button and immediately after, start to take a drag.
2. Muster enough self control to release the button.
3. Keep drawing for about 1/2 a second to get the last bits of vapour.
4. GOTO 1.

In summary, I'm very pleased so far.

Edit: Oh yeah, throat hit. I kinda took it for granted that this would be fine on a Dura and so it is :)

I agree with the "Favorites" issue on the JantyUSA site. I ordered on Mar 10th (they accepted PayPal same day). I kept emailing them and kept getting the runaround. Finally demanded refund or shipping confirmation and got refund notification from PayPal today. I keep seeing people in forum who ordered AFTER I did and have already received their order. Really burns me up, if they accept my money, they better ship it out, you know. These look like great products, wish I could find a retailer that actually wants my money. I'm new to vaping and could have been a pretty reliable customer.

Not sure about favorites - more plausible is lack of organization (think I've said this before). I don't see how they can equate favorites to this board as Jeff doesn't seem to read them :D

FYI- Jeff has always been quick to respond in email but slow to react. They screwed up my order and I had what I dub the ...-omizer (atomizer that tastes funky) and he said he shipped out replacments Wednesday Mar 26. No shipping information yet, it's a good thing everything else is working.

The product is rock solid, the USA distribution chain is a mess at the moment. I jumped up this morning to order some more liquid from JantyUSA.com only to find out it was down again until Monday.

From Ludo's comments to me, the USA supply chain is being cleaned up so I'll be looking to order on Monday!

Ozrick I ordered my Dura-C the same day you did and have yet to get any notice of shipping. I e-mailed them and Jeff did respond with the same that many posted that they would be in on the 17th-18th and that it would be shipped out. I have e-mailed him once since to get some kind of update and no response. Everyone says worth the wait and sympothize with Jeff. Everything that is ever e-mailed back or dates set are always changed and moved out. I don't really want a refund I just want my Dura-C but I feel kind of taken and strung along by empty promises.

Regarding shipping notices, lately I've noticed that Janty stuff simply appears in my mailbox without any emails notifying me of shipping. So if you haven't yet received a shipping notice, it may not mean much of anything. I think of my last three shipments, only 1 was preceded by an email notifying me of its pending arrival.
