It sounds like someone is trying to figure out what we buy and buy it all up so we can't have any stuff lol!

I am wondering if anyone knows here if I ordered thru the esmoking101 promo if I can log on to see if my order has been shipped? I don't think so cause it was not placed thru the Janty site.. but Ludo said all orders from those 25 would be shipped this week and I seem like the only one who didn't get the confirmation :( I did however get order #25 so I got an extra batt and atomizer... so maybe if they didn't have any "extras" in stock.. that is why my order didn't ship with everyone elses?)
I didn't get any confirmation either.

Has anyone from the promo?

I thought most of the people who have received a shipping confirmation said they did a pre-order. I could easily have that wrong, though:p

I haven't got a shipping confirmation either (and ordered through the promo)...

Ok... well at least I am not the only one :(

Not that I am happy that you guys didn't get yours either.. just that I am glad there was not a screw up in my order (I had to change the shipping address cause my paypal address is wrong so I was worried it would go to my old place).

Well.. we wait...

I already have one from my earlier pre-order. Had to wait quite awhile as well, but glad I did.
I've really been enjoying it and it's been functioning well (knock on wood) apart from some small seepage between the cart and atomizer. But the vapor is worth putting up with that for me which is why I was glad to get in on the promo and get a 2nd one.

The fix looks pretty intense.

Actually, mine just gets the slightest little line of liquid right at the join.
Not enough to fuss with.
I just dab it with a tissue occasionally. And I change carts so I probably wouldn't have the patience to do that.

I do appreciate the thought, though.
You are a sweetie. :)

The pen shaped tube of your USB-E cable is not a battery, it is a connecting tube, the battery that will be charged while you are connected to a power source is the little e-cig battery inside the USB-E little black box.

I was talking about the battery that comes with the pen and screws into the switch. (not the usb's battery, I think you knew that, just wanted to be sure :} )
If I'm reading your response correctly, I assume my pens actual *Kiss* battery can NOT be charged with the usb passthrough? It must be removed from the e-pen and charged with a different charger?

The normal pen shaped KISS battery can only be charged with the charger that comes with the set, yes.

The small E-cig battery inside the USB-E compartment can be charged in a regular e-cigar charger or by connecting the USB-E cable to computer USB, car cigarette lighter USB, or power outlet USB.

When you do not inhale the e-cig battery will charge, when you inhale the e-cig battery will work, either independent or in conjunction wiht your computer, power outlet, car cigarette lighter outlet.

All past orders will be shipped now, I can imagine Jeff will unpack the batch first, sort it, fill the orders, send them out AND THEN send confirmation e-mails or answer other e-mails.

We are taking measures to avoid stock problems in the future, by 3 April JANTY USA will have doubled it's normal monthly stock.

Again we apologize for the delays and promise that all will return to normal in a few days.

I think by the time Jeff gets things straightened out, many of us will have given up on Janty, at least JantyUSA.

Actually, what Jeff did was go out of town for the weekend with the order having arrived the Thursday before.

Ludo,

One other thing I might suggest to help out your customers is to update the website to reflect out of stock items. This would clear up alot of complaints from people in my position.


That's exactly what I suggested Ludo pass along to Jeff. I am very disappointed with Jeff's shipping practices. So much so, that I will likely move on to a different vendor.

Nope, they are a general attack on a shared server, not affecting our database or anything else. It is just very annoying :mad:


Just because the data has been changed, doesn't mean it hasn't been downloaded. I'm a web systems analyst and I would suggest tht everyone keep a close eye on whichever card they used to place their order.

The 5 days I spoke of above was in addition to 3 weeks prior to the 5 days. However, Jeff did finally send me a sincere apology.
