I agree, their product rocks. Unfortunately, their supplier and delivery seem to be a bit below par. But once one finally does get the product, it is a very good product indeed.

Hi Ludo, I´ve been waiting several weeks for JantyUsa to reply my e-mails.

Can you tell me if I place an order (mainly atomizers, maybe some juice and batteries) from Mexico, would they ship to me here?
Janty of Mexico does not supply them, only full kits.

Jeff/Ludo....Do you guys only answer E-Mails to those who are members here? I don't understand why some people are getting quick replies and some aren't getting anything.

Spare parts for Mexico is a problem, they are being returned by customs :-(

I will just chirp in and affirm that I have had excellent service from both Janty Europe and iVapour in the UK, and I love my Janty ecigs.
