When will Janty release more info on the Dura model? All I've seen is that video of the demo which didn't provide much info. I've been holding off purchasing my first e-cig in anticipation of this new model. I also want to buy a bunch as Christmas presents but now I'm cutting it close.

If you use liquid on the atomizer and it works then the atomizer works of course, however yes the atomizer needs to be moist to produce vapor, so it must be the carts that are dry.
Thats what is so maddening Ludo, the carts are FULL, and Wet.

ok, this means the cart tissue does not touch the atomizer bridge. Do this: take out the tissue and just pop it into the atomizer, now take another normal cart and stick that one in. See what happens!
I can try that, think you mean double up the cart stuffing.
But, The atomizer Does leave a dent in the cart stuffing when i put it on, so it is touching, i am sure of that much, i even fluff it up a little with a pin when i top off to make sure, but i will try what you said.

Helped, but after a few (4-5) hits, then nothing.
It just will not take any fluid deeper then a mm or 2 from the cart.
I will try another atomizer and see if its the same, i have been afraid to mess with a new one.
Better to kill one, then a couple.
Still smokes fine dripping, just tryed that.

quite a few people with a KB just drip becuase they say it doesnt work well with carts, maybe janty can look into cartridge material.
seems ashame to see what appears to be a good product suffering because of something so trivial as cartridge wicking.

Magus, that problem you have is really not normal, just send a mail to your dispatch for full replacement, dun worry about the parts, throw them away or dismantle them if you like.
That is what I wanted to ask. I my country some vendors (legally) require faulty items for replacement/warranty claims to be sent in original packaging which is way too easy to accidentally throw away when the product works well after purchase. What are your technical rules for warranty claims?
