I recently placed and received my first order with them. I ordered the RY4 juice that's been hyped about. While the juice is good, the bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap but 2 bottles were wrapped together. One of the bottles arrived crushed with juice all over the inside.
I sent them an email explaining the problem with no communication back.

While the juice may be good, I'll never buy from them again. All it would have taken to keep me is a simple "sorry, we'll do better next time"

It amazes me how short sighted some companies are, always thinking short term

This was just resolved with an apology and a new bottle of juice.
