Jazz Tank: Opinions? Looking for a pipe-style tip.

I've been looking for a pipe-esque drip tip to go on a good tank and the Jazz Tank seems to be the best out there by the look of it, but reviews center on the pipe itself rather than how the tank would preform attached to any other 510 mod. I would probably use it with an eGo Twist.

Has anyone tried it? How does it compare to other tanks? Are there similar mouthpieces I should look into? Would just their mouthpiece fit well on another tank?
