Hopefully they'll implement a database system that tells you right on the site what's in stock, and if not in stock, when you can expect delivery. Any good e-commerce site does this, or at the very least, sends you an immediate email to let you know you've been backordered and when to expect delivery.

Not knowing what's happening with an internet purchase is THE number one turn-off to potential customers.

I got a sample pack a week or so ago and I really don't care for any of their flavors. I could not get that coffee taste out of my atty for a few days of draining running menthol thru it, etc. I just don't seem to like their base flavor of any of the juices. It does put off good vapor. No throat hit (but that could just be the sample pack).

Man I love the sample kit and the bottles and packaging, now I just need to find somehow to get rid of the juice. I like their approach etc. Too bad I don't really care for their juice.

Oh and by the way, no isuues with burning out the atty, etc. My wife ordered a kit about 2-weeks ago (just for the bottles, etc. and she seemed to like the cherry, strawberry, peach all mixed together). She is still waiting for delivery confirmation and got that same e-mail...

So we should be able to compare most of the flavors before and after this change once she gets hers...

Improvement in their order turn around time would be nice. On average I've experienced about a week and a half turn around time on orders and I'm only 2 1/2 drive from them.

I agree.....I'm only 8 miles down the road...and I got an order just shy of a week.

Unfortunately, they do not allow pickups....and I did ask. Was told they don't have a storefront.

With JC, I'm not sure a database would work well. From what I understand, they make batches of juice as needed, so stock can change quickly I'd think. Or, no stock wouldn't mean not available, but possibly being mixed up...

I always order ahead of time, when I am down to my last unopen bottle, I order because it does take them some time but they carry my favorites Tennesse Curd and Peach. I love their juices.

I have been getting the JS Original 24mg, would like to try the Tennessee Cured, have you tried the original and if so how does it compare. Stronger taste, maybe?
Have also tried PG (throat hoarseness) Non-Pg, seems ok, same taste perhaps a little more "oiliness"??
But yes they do make their own juice from scratch, no "extra" stuff in it.
Thanks

I ordered once. The website said it would be shipped within 48 hours. It took a week for them to ship it. No updates, nothing.

I'll NEVER order again.

There are too many good suppliers out there that care about customer service, IMO.

I think you might like the Tennesse Curd much better than the Original. I got the sampler pac from JC and although the the original is good, I prefer the Tennesse Curd. You know its hard for me to tell between the PG/Non-PG which one brings out more flavor, they both seem the same to me. And thanks maybe thats why I get the hoarseness is it the PG, do you get the same with the Non-PG?

I did 1/2 a 30ml bottle non-pg (I checked, and they do use VG) and I do think it was milder, then I went back to PG now, the hoarsness came back. My next order is for non-pg, so will try that for the next month or so. The "dry cruddy film" feeling kind of went away too, I suspect the PG is a little more drying. One thing I did not want was my smoker's cough to come back. I also ordered a bottle of Tennessee cured, too, so thanks for telling me what it was like! If I don't like it as much can always mix it in with the Original, but you never know till you try. I seem to want to stay with the "tobacco" flavor, although it's nothing like smoking tobacco! I can't tell the difference between PG-nonPG either. Maybe when I get my Stick it will have a different taste, I expect, others have noticed a flavor fall-off.

And yes, the thing about JC is the wait time, but I understand they are selling as fast as they make it, so think there is mixing-time in the wait. But I've always gotten my order in time, when I open my last bottle I always order two or three, same shipping.
