Jessy Atty/Ego Atty

What is the difference from a Jessy atty and an Ego atty? A friend has an Ego, no model stated on the box, and the atty screws on the Jessy batt and vise versa. Are they swapable? or will It risk hurting either batt ot burn up either atty?

I've tested both extensively on both batteries and they can be swaped. I haven't noticed any adverse reactions from either way.
