I am thinking just ever so slightly bigger.. you dont want to compress it much at all.. and then trim away from the top with scissors.
I am guilty of dragging my feet on getting the wjhite poly tested.. I am doing so well with those pre mades!
I will focus on this tomorrow ... ( I actually go buy Patty ejuice tomorrow)

Anyway, I'm finally going to try that white stuff Vito sent today, been happily vaping with foam, well, mostly. Thanks for the laugh.

Tried that white polyfill you sent, Vito. Might have cut it too big the 1st attempt, doesn't seem to feed as much juice as foam. I'll cut a little off next...

How's the blue foam going? Have you tried the white stuff yet?

Yes... I have worked with both, for days!. I cant get the polyfill to work, or the blue foam I feel so inept!... but on a lighter note... I am still on my original clear jessy cart, and it still works great. Patty is only on her third.
Ahh yes. Patty's Jessy blew it's atty. I tried every lifesaving technique I could, it's dead.
I put my atty on hers and I am now jessyless..... but have my ego, and a few 900maH Smoke tech batterys on various attys to fiddle with.
I don't know why I can't get the poly to work, or the foam.
I will give both another shot later!

It's been a while and weather getting colder. New finding - VG thickens or jells when the house gets colder, also juice feeding issue. I'm cutting foam down to accommodate. I saw a guy working outdoors in Alaska having worse problems.

Ah... I am in tucson, so it is warm most of the time... but what a good finding!
and propylene glycol may not do the same... may not congeal the same.. very interesting.
Maybe you could be the one that starts a line of "cold weather E-juice blends".
If you cut down foam will it run when you walk indoors/
I got some of the foam to work for me... and will do the Patty test with it later today!

I AM indoors! Sometime about saving money on heat...

VG is sort of vegetable oil so no wonder it congeals. It depends on the brand though. Johnson Creek VG is very thin while Alien Visions nearly froze up. When it gets warm again, I can see leakage with with smaller filler. Have to have 2 sets?
