First you must create thread, when you create a thread you have the option at the bottom to Post a poll. Or you can add a poll to an existing thread you started by selecting the "Thread tools" pull down and at the bottom "Add a poll to this thread"
Before you do it is wise to write out the questions and count the number of questions you have. Then enter that number in the # of questions in the field and then you can enter the number of questions you defined.
