Too funny! Reminds me of a question a friend asked me recently.

If the founding fathers of the American nation were alive today, would a tax on tea be a big issue? I didn't understand at first.

Then he said, they felt that the king was tyrannical and were willing to put their lives on the line for it, but then went home to their farms and could live their lives in peace. They could even smoke.

It's often occurred to me that, had the Founding Fathers even an inkling that someday lawmakers would address the issue of whether, where, and perhaps even at what age people could consume tobacco, they might have addressed it more specifically in the Constitution. "The right to bear Arms or tobacco..."
