I think ingredient disclosure would be a decent idea. I kind of would like to know what I'm inhaling. Though the irony that cars don't have stickers that tell us what they're pumping into the air we breathe has not escaped me. Nor, come to think, coal plants (which, ironically enough, may put more radioactive substances into the atmosphere than the average nuclear power plant).

I haven't had any problem at all with "gunking" out of my JC liquids. I'm using Vision clearos... version 2? The terminology seems a bit muddled. CE4? CE5? V2? V3? Can't seem to find any agreement on which is which! Either way, it's the ones with replaceable heads. I bought extra (they're not that expensive), got some spare heads, and swap out now and again, disassemble, rinse out, air dry... so far, no problem.

They actually do list their ingredients right on the bottle. Take a look. This is from their FAQ's page:

At that point in my post, I was speaking more generally. JC lists theirs but not everybody does. And that's a fairly light, common sense reg I could understand. Not that I expect the FDA to show common sense.

And JC may believe they're well positioned to survive an FDA, pharma (and ironically enough tobacco corporation) driven "regulatory regime" (read: "drive out competition and take over scheme"), possibly by being bought out like Blu. And they may be right. But all those tons of small businesses out there? Gone.

I suspect "harm reduction" is on its way to acceptance but pharma and BT are going to want to carve out their territories and use the FDA to blow away everybody else.

I agree on both. I was using cartos primarily for going out and active stuff, but I am getting braver and using the EVOD on a K100 while out and about. They are cheap enough if I break one.

I like the combo so much I have two different batches. One is 2/3 Domestic and 1/3 TC, both in 18mg's for morning coffee, midday, and staying alert mode. The other is 50/50 in 11 mg's for afternoon, evening, marathon vaping sessions. The 50/50 really brings out the sweeter notes (maple-ly, molasses, whatever it is) of the TC. Take care.

Yeah, definitely true on the 50/50. I think I'll try the 2:1 you mention. The taste I hit one time by accident was less sweet but more what I was looking for.

My go-to juices have always been Solstice and Rainier. However, recently I experimented with mixing them, and oh. My. Lord. That is a fabulous combination. I highly recommend it. This is my new ADV.

I'm a JC fan also their juice are quality ....yes its on the pricey side but I'd rather pay 20 buck for 30ml then 10 buck for 30ml of crap from Mt Baker....dont get me wrong I have liked a few of their juices but they are not the same quality as JC and are not have to have juice for me . The only one I've had gunk up with has been the Vanda it was eating cartos like tick tacks but I run it in a iGo-L with a dry burn once and awhile and its great ...I have found over my year of vaping you get what you pay for and cheap is not better in the long run just my

I love them too!!! I love the Vanda, the Ranier, and The Valencia is oddly tasty even though I hate clove flavors usually. I dont like the solstice or the Island flavors, as it tastes like cheap rum to me. Merango was supposed to be in my sampler, but I got domestic somehow. Oh well, I will be ordering more. I am on my 4th bottle of Vanda. The vapor is crazy, it clouds up my whole room like its a sauna, lol. People always ask what smells so good too.

I ordered the Red Oak sampler with Donestic, Tennessee Cured, Silverthorn, Tundra, and Marcado. Very impressed with the overall package and service. Domestic is amazing, I'll have to try out Mixing it with TC. I'm using this smoke juice with my eRoll and I've been cigarette free for about 20 days!

There is no best buy date on the bottles. Both are the same lot number- A2972405-, but have 56-101-43 stamped on the bottom of the bottles. If this signifies when the bottles were made, then I would have an approximate date for the juices in them. Thanks.

Can you just log into JC> My Account> My Orders and get the order date there? If not, just give JC customer support a call or e-mail with the lot number and I'm sure that they can give you an idea on when it was created. They have great CS.

You know- that JC ingredient list is a list of just general ingredients and not specific entities- like food colorings, what their flavors are derived from, etc. For example: JC says not to use their juices if you have an allergy to nuts- they say some of their flavors may be derived from nuts or processed in a facility that processes nuts. So... technically, "nuts" should be on their ingredient list, no?

That response was in regards to complying with any possible future FDA regulations, not for people that could experience allergic reactions to a product.

If having JC not print out exactly every single ingredient on the label or if someone has correspondence with them and they still won't address their concerns (doubtful), then don't buy from them. Problem solved.

I wanted to try their juices but I heard their juices cause havok on the clearomizers.

I've seen people say that a lot but I haven't had a problem yet. And I've got Veranda, Rainier, and Domestic in rotation right now. Have for a while now. No problems. At least not with Visions (CE5 or "2.0" with replaceable heads).

I'm using the CE5 Clearomizer tanks with changeable wicks and heads and are a lot easier to keep clean since I can disassemble it. Do you think its worth trying them out? I really want some of their tobacco flavors since I heard they were awesome.

That's exactly what I use and I've had no problems with JC's liquids. And their Domestic and Tennessee Cured are pretty good. In fact, the only "tobacco like" liquids I use anymore...

I've tried a bunch of their flavors and really liked a lot of them, but a lot of them are really sweet. My favorite johson creek is the red oak Tennessee Cured, followed by the merango. I've also tried domestic, mercado, solstice, a few cherry flavors they have, and JC original. The cherry flavors and jc original were not on par with the Red Oak line, but that could be my personal preference for flavor. And the solstice was kind of gross as well...it almost reminded me of dayquil or something. But Tennessee Cured, The chocolate, and Merango are all awesome flavors. I order 15ml of merango and Tennessee Cured weekly. I would definitely suggest them, although I did have a few problems with them in clearos, but i'm not the biggest fan of clearos anyway so it wasn't that big of a deal to me.

Man, I don't know about JC. Had some of their juices and they were simply horrific and the taste stays in whatever you put it in...
I can see how some people like. Definitely a unique style of juice..

Yeah I think this would be nice. Or at least even some sort of guideline so I know how long I can let a juice sit around before I should just toss it out. Does juice expire? Does the nicotine eventually breakdown etc?
