Johnsons Creek Starter Kit UK Vendor?

Hi, I am new to the forums and was hoping someone could help me.I went to order the Johnsons Creek starter kit from there website.The price of the items I ordered were $90.

I was shocked to see the shipping costs were an extra $107,which bumped the price up to nearly $200.Is there any online retailers in the uk with the starter kit?

Any help, much appreciated.

If nobody pipes up here with an answer, I'd email them or call them.
I've found their customer service to be very good.

I work for a packaging company and I ship stuff from florida to the UK all the time, and thats actually a great price, they must be getting a big discount. My company pays like $130 for a 1 lb box to the UK. Having worked for Fedex for 5 years in the past, Fedex and UPS are co-monopoly's, and get away with murder when it comes to shipping prices. I just shipped a 1lb envelope from Florida to Jamaica and paid $110...Crazy!!!

Wow. I'm only in Canada and I found most suppliers too expensive at $30. $107 is ridiculous.

Thanks for the reply's, I emailed them and they have given me a part refund of the postage costs.

Just out of interest what is the general consensus on the Johnson Creek Vee starter kit and there juice compared to there British alternatives?

It's just a matter of personal taste.
I vape some Johnson Creek juices that taste really good to me. I like their Island and Tenessee Cured among others.
I also like knowing that they are produced under controlled "lab" conditions. With some other juice suppliers I don't know if they're made in the bathroom sink, or a labratory or really what's in them.

I tend to stick with "major" suppliers for my juice, but that's just my personal comfort level and I'm not suggesting that lesser known manufacturere are bad.

The JC kit looks like an eGo to me but I bet their cartos may be different as some of their juices are all VG and very thick...
