I just made a trade for a P+18650. Traded my ProVari v2.5 for it. I've decided I'm more of a mechanical user and wanted something better than my Chi Chi.

It got shipped today, so I'm excited. So, what do you think guys? Good trade?

Those are two completely different mods. If you were really jonesing for a mechanical and the Provari wasn't doing it for you, then sure it was a good deal for you. Personally, I wouldn't do it, but that's just me. I have both and like them equally.

Patho, I'm with you. I haven't used my Provari for well over a year due to my P+. On my opinion, and mine only, you have done a great decision. Especially if you use RBAs.

I believe you did good. Granted there is a price difference, especially if you add in the ext cap on the provari. With that said, I see guys selling their precise plus gear over retail. I see peeps bottoming out the price on their provari gear.

Lifetime transferable warranty will always retain at least the retail value, and sometimes even more.

Now the question is, what do you plan to put on top of it?

I currently use RBAs almost exclusively unless I have to have a pocket friendly device...then I use a ProTank. I have been using my AGA-T2, but think I'm going to track down a DID for my P+....it looks great on there from the pictures I've seen!

The way I see it, it was an even trade. A top notch American made VV mod, for a top notch American made mechanical. The only difference is the mechanical in this situation has an awesome warranty.

You can also get a Provari pretty much anytime you want - whereas getting a P+ at the moment is considerably more difficult.

I like both the P+ and the ProVari...
I like the P+ form 4.2 volts down to 3.6 volts... Then I like the ProVari from 3.6 to 3.3...
My poor mini hasn't seen a fresh battery since I got my P+.

Since you cant buy a P+18 from SuperT right now...good trade.....You can always buy another Provari if you miss it...
Personaly I wouldnt be without one in my vaping arsenal....good daily driver IMO...

I don't know if you got screwed, a polished P+ is rare! The polisher just got a little over zealous.
