spoke with john today, order should be shipping later today 01 11 2013, and should have it this next week. LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.

I will review each flavor in a ce4+ and a dc tank.

and eventually in my vivi nova I will be ordering, I hope to be getting a couple more tanks, but I want to see what my options are as far as maitnance, cost to recoil/new carts. my ce4+ has been nothing but problems... now the finish on my new ego is chipping off.... and I treat this thing like my baby, from use to back in case, to use to back in case....

I am going to contact the company and see what they say.. I'd just hate to be without a pv for a week while I wait for a new one... if they even will allow that option...

Hey Lone, in regards to using clearomizers for already made juice that I like and make I use Mini Novas, Kanger T2's and a Kanger T3 (Cooler Vape) Now for testing your recipes I would advise on a bridgeless atomiser as it is 10 times easier to clean than anything else you mentioned. Cleaning a Nova everytime you make a change to your juice is going to be time consuming.

My favorite bridge-less atty is the HH357 long barrel from Avid Vaper. HH.357 Long Barrel Hybrid 510 Atomizer - Avid Vaper
Easy to clean (you can blow it out and run a few drops of unflavored juice through it to clear out any lingering flavor in between flavors) and if you follow their instructions (located on the page linked) on initial setup and use it is a champ! I've had mine for a few months now and it still works great........yes i said months (although your actual mileage may be different)! i use mine exclusively for testing juices i made...not and all day everyday use. :2c:

yea not sure a $22 atty is for me... I want to run a good 2 ml of liquid to taste test, see how it is under different voltages and see where it stands
thanks for the link and info tho
Here's the one I just ordered ( my first)...comes with a free drip tip
M06 2.5ohm Atomizer

Also recommend the Double RY4, lot's of flavor, caramel sweetness in there, I mixed it at 15% and it's perfect and I like strong flavors.

what can I say... wow, my box was dented, and due to the fantastic packaging, not a single broken vial. I wish it had the markings for the mL of liquid, I believe these to be dram and half dram tester vials... I could be wrong... but I think I am right, I am very pleased.

I mixed up a marichino cherry 1% 4% cola @ 12mg NIC which was nice, but needed a stronger cola and a bit more caramel, cherry could use a slight bump.

mixed up captain black 5% 12mg NIC and rest to 1mL of liquid in clearomizers on both. flavors were very good, a little goes a long way indeed. I believe I will be getting say 5 new flavors every two weeks would be nice. I will try each flavor individually, I just wanted some new variety today to celebrate.

will keep you guys posted with video soon.

FYI want cheap syringes? go to your local drug store and ask for diabetic needles I got 30cc/.3mL needles for measuring the flavorings, they work well with pg and alcohol flavorings, but NOT VG. So there you go.

im going to wait for the majority of my mixes until i get my pipettes and what not

well let me switch to it.... ok.... taking a toot... vaping a 1.6ohm clearo at 3.3V i feel anything around 3.5 tastes toasted not burnt, so on the 1.6 I stick to 3.3V.

first impression is close but not exact on captain black.

flavor: dark chocolate/coco on the nose, taste is a chocolate background with a swirl of vanilla and perhaps a slight cream? there is sweetness so a sugar component is present. there is a molasses note, i have been wondering what that flavor was for like 20 minutes.... a toasted sugar component with a small amount of tobacco which is not in the front of the tongue, but is tasted on exhale. I have not gone through their catalog, but most likely each component you would think is offered on their site for purchase individually.

contents are described as nat. artificial flavorings, pg, ethyl alcohol, citric acid and dextrose

I give it a thumbs up, since it is the only captain black I have seen offered.... does it compare to real captain black, I broke out some and did a side by side.... the flavor from wizard labs is not as sweet, and it is hard to mimic the wet tobacco scent and flavor, I will have to test at a higher % than 5 to really compare them in a true side by side, I feel 5% is not giving a true picture of what the flavoring has to offer.

If you want to hear more of my rambling of the colloquial qualities of the offerings of wizard labs,...... wait for my podcast fyi today is day # 30 of no cigarettes Go me! another month and I will have paid it forward to cover my setup.

My girlfriend is asking for a ego twist/spinner and no nic solution so she can have "sweets and candy" without the calories....

fyi as a diabetic..... this is helping with my sweets cravings.... and for that I am truly thankful. the candies remind me of hookah and my university days.

30 days, what a milestone sir, I had my 30 day a few weeks ago. Congratulations on that as well as your DIY succes.

Thank you for in depth description of Captain Black. I went ahead and added it to my order I did today through WL (Open for limited amount of orders as they move) along with some other flavors I have been interested in. I like what I have heard from your description. Please post when your video/ podcast will be ready so I can view it.

well seems eiher wizard labs cola or marichino cherry is a plastic eater..... im guessing it's the cherry but will need to do more testing.... but yep.. one clearo shell all etched from the inside

ry4 type I and apple are ok so far.

could be the manufacturer of the clearo but hard to tell since I have two separate clearo's and only one was affected.. but different mixes were used...

finally got a copy of some video editing software and as soon as I get all set up I will be publishing my video's to a new review site and videos on youtube. I will also be focusing on making box mods and sourcing parts to get the info out there.

I am no awesome possum, but I can solder. and will design a few things in autocad 3d inventor ;)

perhaps toss some parts out there in cad files and see if the Chinese pick it up and run with it

autocad inventor is 3d space creation with x,y,z plane dimensional sketching.

I am holding back on my video's due to the above stated run in with plastic eating flavor concentrate.

I believe we should be told what plastic composition is being used for our containers... but I will address that at a later time.

I am reviewing working with adobe premiere to edit my video's rather than windows movie maker, something more polished.

a real no bull take on equipment and techniques as well as a focus on proper procedures when working with myo(tm) mix your own liquid.

If the plastic is clear and hard, then its polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is made with BPA, and thats an Endocrine disruptor

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polycarbonate#Potential_hazards_in_food_contact_applications

If the plastic is slightly frosted then its a good bet its polypropylene. It is more chemical resistant and doesn't contain BPA. I would suggest using a pyrex tank or polypropylene. IMHO Polycarb tanks are just not good.

Oh btw, here is the ever helpful post of juices and flavors that may melt your polycarbonate tank (or delrin caps)
