Please note, the below was originally written for myself only, and is flawed in all the ways you might expect when that's the case..
The below are my opinions only, not only can your milage vary, it WILL vary.
I started the list using tanks @12 mg, and finished using a Reo at 6mg, so there are variables. However, I stand by the notes.
I ordered the notes into 3 groups.
*Winners.. juices I would buy again. Since beginning the list I HAVE bought quite a few again
*Meh... juices I can take or leave
*Losers. Things that just didn't work out for me.
The List is an ongoing process, but here it is as of now. Hope some of you can get something from it.

-Halo Tribeca 12mg sample. ADV. very nice. Toasted almonds, light tobacco. Excellent. Excellent vape
-Halo Sub Zero. 12mg sample. Good juice . Nice menthol hit. No real tobacco underneath. Quite intense . Great mixer.
-Halo Midnight Apple. 12mg sample. Light tobacco, very green almost tart apple over the top. Has a bit of TH, but not in a bad way. Good juice. Very good juice
-Halo prime15. 12mg sample. Medium toasted tobacco, salted caramel? Maple. Very good juice. ADV. great with am coffee. Edit. Just gets better and better.
-MtBakerVaper Peach tobacco. 6mg sample 50/50pgvg. Nice. Mild tobacco and mild peach. Very little throat hit. Mellow vape. Try extra flavour shot.
-MtBakerVaper green apple. 30ml, 6mg sample. Good, simple tart green apple. Good to have to use alone or as a mixer addition to other things. Edit. Has become an every day mixed with menthol.
-halo Longhorn. 12mg sample. It's one's tricky. A no bull.... tobacco vape. No real complexity but not harsh either. It's good, kind of like a pipe tobacco for when the mood strikes. If Steve is looking for a straight tobacco, this might be perfect. Big ish throat hit. Slight sweetness. Get this again for sure. Good with coffee.
-Vapebar Redox. Lovely pipe tobacco with a hint of cherry. Excellent at a 50/50 mix with 18mg VG/PG. Amazing how close this really is to pipe tobacco. Definite winner. Not harsh, just adult and complex. Edit. Still improving. Amazing juice. Mixed to 9mg.
-VapeKing VK5 doubler. Good mellow tobacco like tribecca. Light flavour. Good adv. Might be interesting with an extra shot ?
-VapeKing VK Supreme. 9mg home mix. Robust tobacco taste. Not quite as smooth as VK4, but that's not a bad thing. Sweetness is still there. Good plumes. Sometimes the creaminess can become too much with VK4. This is a definite re order
-Halo Kringle's Curse. I originally had this in the Meh pile, but it has grown on me. A very nice mellow Menthol with a slight twist. Big plumes. A nice adv.
-MBV Cinnamon Roll. 6mg, one extra shot, 10ml sample. HOLY balls. Would never have tried this but the reviews were soo positive. This stuff is amazing. Have in cart at 12mg, with 1 extra shot in a 50 ml bottle. They make this one in a 235ml bottle for a reason ! Surprise straight up winner .
-MVB Hawk Sauce. Fruit cocktail with a touch of tartness and a hint of. Menthol. Very good.
-Heathers' Heavenly Vapes. Angel's Kiss. 12 mg sample. .... I shouldn't like this. Strawberry?, banana? Juicy fruit gum? Just a hint of tartness. Great sweet vape! Whatever the ...., this is good. 80/20 pg vg is great. Have a 50ml 12mg with a mild shot of menthol added in cart.
-HHV. Heavenly tobacco. Another winner from Heather. 12mg sample. Might be better at 6mg. Very good though.
-Heathers Heavenly Vapes. Legend. 12mg. 30ml. Strong RY4. Big TH. Tasty. Another HHV winner. Excellent, hints of Xmas fruit ? Easy TOB ADV.
-Mom and pops . Buds blend. 10mg. Excellent vape. Sweeter ry4 variant. Caramel. Maybe too sweet on 2nd try....
-Mom and Pop's. RY4. 10mg sample. Excellent RY4. Get this in a big bottle. Possibly the best RY4 yet. Edit. Have found better since. Still good. A little too sweet maybe. Can become a bit sickly after a few hours.
-Mom and Pop's . Tobacco Haze. 10mg sample. Great juice. Lightly spiced tobacco. Maybe just a hint of smooth pipe. Fantastic.
-MBV Extreme ice. Menthol perfection. Great mixed with their green apple. This is THE menthol.
-Alice in Vapeland. April moon. 11mg sample. Fantastic. Apricot and blueberry? A hint of menthol? Great juice. Best from AIV so far I think. Extra flavour shot
-HHV Pirates booty. 12 mg sample. Dripped. Big robust slightly spiced tobacco. Very very good. Might be better at 6mg. Surprisingly Big rugged TH at 12. Tested unsteeped! Get at 60/40. Update. Got 50ml at 6mg, still great. Not an adv, but perfect for those times when a bigger pipe flavor hits the spot.
-HHV. Dragon's Fire. 12mg sample. Absolutely great. Perfect at 12mg. Med TH, dark roasted, not quite pipey tobacco. Slight caramalised butter or brown sugar tones. This is an easy tobacco ADV. Def order in quantity.
-HHV. Sludge. 12mg sample. 70/30. Tobacco and prunes, plums ? .... how can that work? HHV Has mastered the tobacco Vapes. Get 50
-HHV. Heavenly Army. 12mg sample. 60/40 Frickin awesome. Everything good about Turkish tobacco but without the bitter. Not sweet, robust without the harsh. Get 50. Update. Got 50ml of 6mg, and it's every bit as good.
-HHV Dark Horse. 12mg sample. Cig and pipe tobacco, mild and possibly just a slight hint of cooling menthol. Edit. Matured to quite a deep flavour. Prunes and spice ?
-HHV. Shadow. Lovely dark toasted tobacco. Get this again. Edit. Excellent.
-MBV. Coumarin Pipe. 12mg. Unusual, mildly spiced? pipey tobacco vape. Started out odd, but now a very good and mild ADV at 12 mg. get this again..
-Juicewhore. Dell's Ultimate Pipe. Doubler. Mixed to 9mg. Excellent slightly sweeter pipey tobacco. No cherry in this one, but a very smooth almost luxurious vape. Totally brilliant.
-Plume Room, Candied CavendishTobacco. 6mg. Very nice lighter pipe tobacco. Very complex, not too sweet. A good un. Great packaging. 50ml bottle in smoked glass with drippers.
-Plume Room. Creamy Chai Latte. 6mg. This was a bit of a risk, bought on recommendation. Turns out it's good !. Basically, if you like Chai, you'll like this, and if not.. Then not. Surprisingly good TH at 6mg on the REO, might need to be at 12 on another device. This would make an excellent mixer with a tobacco juice that was just ok.
- Hangsen pg Ry4 5h #13 8mg. Excellent excellent steeped juice. Mild and morish. Expected very little from this one but was VERY pleasantly surprised. Have ordered more. Super cheap juice. Available from Healthcabin. Absolutely blossoms after 2 weeks steeping.
-Good Life Vapor. ElKamino. 6mg. Wow, this one is worth every bit of the hype. Perfect at 6mg on the Reo . Straight to the rotation list. Would not be improved at 12mg. Might be better mixed with a little unflavored. Quite strong. Dark stone fruit.
-Good Life Vapor. High Five. 6mg. Oak, tobacco, vanilla, bourbon.
-MBV Jamaican Rum. Very nice mild and sweet rum, maybe vanilla too. Good additive to any tobacco as it doesn't carry much tobacco by itself. Was very well steeped before first try, so not sure how it would be right away. Matured very well though.
Plume room , honey fig tobacco. 6mg. Needs more time to steep, will set aside for a while and review when it's ready. Edit. Still smells strongly of chemicals after 3 weeks. Hmmm...
Meh.
-MtBakerVaper. Menthol 12mg. Perfectly fine menthol, but not complex and not really a stand out in any way .
-Mbv thug juice 12mg. Not bad. Light menthol base, with multiple fruits over the top. Quite mild. Extra flavour shot maybe would help? Good mixed with MBV green apple. Slightly waxy on 2nd try.
-Halo Torque56. 12mg sample. Nice juice, but a little too "raw" tobacco for me. Word is its great with one third sub zero. Will try.
-Halo Belgian coco. Nice dry coco flavour. Not chocolate. Not really my thing. Probably very good mixed with a coffee juice.
- Vapebar: Cauldron e-juice. Black Briar (black currant) doubler. Good flavour, mild but flavoursome. Mixed 50/50 with 18mg, best a little stronger at 2 thirds juice , one third 18mg nic, for a tasty 6mg mix. Great with just a little menthol. A little too sweet for me.
-Halo, Menthol Ice. 6mg, 30ml. Not a bad menthol at all. Not as good as Sub Zero though, so it lands in this part of the list.
-Mom any Pop's. Pchele's 5 layer. 10mg, 10ml sample. Nice enough, but a little too "cakey" for me.
-Mom any Pop's. Tabacco Haze. Again, a little cakey for me. Will come back to this one. Edit. Came back to it two weeks later. In the Vivi Nova on a spinner. Amazing now. Not sure if it was the steep or the tank. Either way. Awesome juice.
-MBV. 555. 12mg. Nice enough flavour but a little syrupy and sweet. I was looking for a dryer 555. I'll cut this with a little PG and use the bottle, it's fine, just think I can do better.
-AIV. Frost Berry. 11mg sample. Nice juice. Just not enough. Standards are getting very high
-HHV. Serendipity. 12 mg, sample. Great juice, just not quite as amazing as some others from Heather.
-HHV. Shadow. 12 mg sample. As above. Fine juice, just not as outstanding as the others.
-mom and pops. Ry4 v2. Ok juice. Not as good as other tobacco juices above. Even after a very long steep. Meh.
-Nicoticket. H1N1. Arrived at 6mg. Best after 6 weeks steep. Ever changing they say. Excellent after 24hrs with the cap off. Just excellent. This goes in to the rotation list. Not as good a few weeks later. Will wait again. 2 weeks later, still not as good. Moved to MEH. Will try again after long steep. Will be interesting to see how Jaz went with his. The only juice I've had that went downhill with steeping. Very odd.
-HHV angels kiss. 6mg. Sweet fruity vape without being too much of either. Similar to Hawk Sauce but not so sweet.
-Alice in vapeland. A quiet morning. Another excellent complex juice. Passion fruit tea? Lightly floral, delicious sweet, but not too sweet juice.
-Alice in vapeland. Zombie apocalypse . 12mg sample. Another tasty AIV juice, strawberry and cream cheese ? Either way. Delish.
-Vapeking VK4 doubler. Very nice, mild, tobacco vape. Possibly a very good ADV as it's not too overpowered with flavour. This is a good juice, just not as good as VK5 in the end.
-Heather's heavenly Vapes. Just peachy. 12mg sample. Great juice. Genuine peach, not candy sweet. Some tartness. Very good juice. I'm just more into tobacco variants than this is.
Losers
-Halo. Southern classic. Light, artificial sweet taste. No tobacco. Not good. Will steep and re try in a week or two.
-Halo Malibu. 12mg sample. Nice enough. Just too sweet for me.
-Halo Turkish tobacco 12mg sample. Quite strong tobacco. Not much additional flavour. Not a big fan.. Will see how it goes tomorrow. Edit. Better in a clean tank, but too strong tobacco for me and not much complexity. Slightly bitter on the ex.
-MtBaker vaper. Green tea. Not good, burnt leaves and marajuana. Not in a good way. Not a fan at all.
-HighbrowVapor. Highbrowbacco RY4. Absolute disaster, no idea what's going on.. Chemical taste and disgusting. Have set aside to steep. Ended up in the bin!
-Alice in Vapeland. Mystic Mandalime. This is a really good juice. Mandarin and lime. Remarkably accurate. Putting it in this list simply because the lime is just not a flavour I think it suitable for vaping. The juice is great though. Zoe likes it.
-Alice in Vapeland. Cherry Blossom. 11mg sample. Tried this on the BCC on Evic and was underwhelmed. This could possibly be a neg review because of the device. Switched to Vivi mini and better, but still underwhelmed.
- nicoticket. Custards last stand. Not that great in reality..so far. Just average at best. Will steep and try again. Edit. Still steeping a month later. Will try in the Reo next week. High hopes this can make it back to the other lists. The whole internet can't be wrong.. Can they?
WILDCARD
-MBV Unflavoured 50/50. Both 12 and 6mg.
Nothing surprised me more than how good unflavoured nic juice is. This was the real genuine surprise of the list.
Unflavoured, with a touch of menthol, a touch of apple, or similar. But most of all, and most surprising of all, Straight unflavoured.
If I could vape ONE flavour, and ONE flavour only forever. It would be unflavoured.

Nothing surprised me more than how good unflavoured nic juice is. This was the real genuine surprise of the list.
Unflavoured, with a touch of menthol, a touch of apple, or similar. But most of all, and most surprising of all, Straight unflavoured.
If I could vape ONE flavour, and ONE flavour only forever. It would be unflavoured.
