I am studying to be a nurse and I was really worried about my smoking habbits, too. Thank god for e-cigs

im a nuclear medicine technologist. i am at work. using my work computer. and as i type, i am vaping. i feel your freedom.
on top of not having to run downstairs to the smoking area, i no longer need my daily dose of rockstar, as my nic high gets me through the day just fine. 1 drop for a few drags in between patients throughout my day.

indeed i have smoked mine in the hospital when i got a kidney stone and when i got my tonsils out even. I love smoking it in places smokers cant smoke as it makes me laugh the amount of people who stare trying to figure out what it is im doing.

ALL OF THEM!!! I've only been around a few, three to be exact, and out of those three I've had two that have already purchased their own. One of them has even gotten his wife all excited about it. I'm converting everyone who will listen. I wanna share juice.

Yeah, i find that people want to be converted. All they are waiting for is to actually speak with someone who is using one. Where i work, there are times, the vapers out number the smokers in the smoking section. I actually sat with someone and helped them to order thiers today.
Even the one known as 'The A$$H01E' convessed that he ordered one. Its in the mail, cant wait to see what he thinks about it LOL. Of course, he ordered a safecig because he didnt want any "stupid flavors". Hope it works well for him, he has developed a nasty cough.

I live with most of my immediate family and we all were heavy smokers. I've gotten them all in to vaping. Me and my mom are the only ones who have quit cigs 100% so far but everyone else has at least cut back significantly on smoking. It's reassuring to see how well it works for other people as well.
I started a new job this week and the guy training me is a smoker. I mentioned I use an e-cig but didn't discuss it much with him, we just went about my training. Today he went into a coughing fit and then asked me about my respiratory health using an e-cig. When I told him my morning cough is long gone and I can breathe 10x better he decided to buy one and give it a try!

When I read the subject line, and then the first sentence about 48 hours of vaping, I thought for a second you had suddenly found yourself a patient! I'm glad to hear it is much happier circumstances.

I like several others have been given the go ahead to smoke at my desk. The only thing I have to watch for is when we have outside guests inhouse which in not very often. Then I just go in the bathroom. I can't seem to get any of the other smokers overly interested -but still pushing it!
When i asked my supervisor about it she was fine with it. Her exact words were "It's a lot cleaner habit then the guys that chew at their desk, so have at it." I asked her if we should ask the president about it (we all have direct contact with him daily) and she said, "Nope - I said you could and if he has a problem with it I will take care of it." She is also our legal eagle!
