Tonight, my 510 passthrough suddenly got really weak, then stopped vaping. The battery, I assume, has lost its charge. Still, I expected a 500mA port to give me more than absolutely nothing.
After reading the forums, I found that the issue might be in my USB Hub's power management within my laptop. If your have USB ports that arent' properly charging, try this method.

I had many, many USB choices here, so I plugged my mouse in (98mA power draw) and hunted down the ports I needed to change for this by moving it from port to port. Right after I did it...BAM...it started vaping again. Poorly, but vaping. This tells me that the power management settings were preventing me from charging my passthrough. I'll let you know how it goes after it has some charge time.
