Joye 510-T is leaking, how to fix??

Hey guys, i purchased a joye 510 tank PV for my bf and he says its leaking pretty bad. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!!

Oh and btw, he is using Halo e liquid which from what I understand is a PG/VG mix. Also, he has tried both a manual and auto batt with the 510 tank atty and tanks. Dont know if that info matters in trouble shooting.

He should lift the wicking inside the hole of the needle in the atty a bit...
