Joye 510 USB charging question

Recieved my Joye Tech 510 kit today...no instructions, which is kinda silly since I ordered a "starter kit"...anyway, I understand through the horrible "engrish" on Joye's site how pretty much everything works, the one question I had was:

How do I know when the battery is fully charged? Right now there is a red light on the charger that occasionally turns blue for a sec. Any advice?

When the charger light is not red and stays that way, your battery is charged. (They tend to flash back and forth as it gets close to full charge.)
