I usually use my tanks when I drive. So I take out tank when I not using them that way I don't have to worry about leaks or anything. I'm still new to tanks and I don't really mind much of the hassle of popping tank in when I want to use it. I so lazy that I only put no flav. juice in my tanks in fear of my clove juice destroying the t-atty. I found a neat little storage box at hobby lobby. It was used to hold 4 tiny lil super glue tubes. 4 tanks fits in it perfect. That way I save space in my pv case for my all day set up.

i store them anyway they get laid down. And I have a lanyard where it sits upright about 99% of the time and haven't had any leaks. I will also pop the battery off to charge at night and just set the atty/tank standing up on the desk, and have never had a drip when I picked it up in the morning.

I also don't use a syringe to fill, just pop of the tank end, and now close to 3 months with the same tanks, no problems.
