See you are experiencing what should happen- it takes 50% of the time to charge the first 90% of the battery and the other 50% of the time to charge the last 10%....
(as opposed to programming which takes 90% of the time to finish the first 90% and then another 90% to finish the last 10%)

We'll need to check it on USB... we should also check putting the battery in the charger first, and then plugging in the charger vs plugging in the charger and then screwing the battery in.

I think i have an old inductive current meter around somewhere- if I can find it, I'll check to see if there are any differences in charging current between plugged in to the wall and off the USB...

I was hitting my V3 all day and charged up my eGo batterys last night... hopefully between what's left of tonight and tomorrow, I'll have two batterys to recharge tomorrow evening.

Bing bing bing!!!!....we have a winner!....Ego battery fully charged at 9:09!...wow that was alot closer to the 2hr mark then i thought id get. But mind you i drained the battery more then you normally would.By this i mean when i saw the battery led blink i vaped it again and let the battery light blink again. Then put it to charge.

Funny thing is that the led on the quick charger went green before the battery was fully charged. The light on my wall adapter went green over 20mins after.Huuummm...is there a chance the quick chargers go green before the battery is fully charged?...idk

Since it was charged for two hours, was the Adapter and USB both green or one red and the other green? This might shed light on this charging miscommunication.

This is my last comment as I have come to realize that I am wasting my time. You see, I like communicating with intelligent individuals who have common sense, are filled with integrity and like to present real facts. Obviously, you don't qualify.

I'm going to order some tasty juice from Tasty Vapor and go to sleep.

I'm out.
I don't know why you are getting all upset ;) over this. It is obvious to all here why you cannot understand, it's because your from Johnson City Tennessee, not the "windy" city Illinois.

one was green and one was red then took forever to slowly turn green. Ego light went green first....if i didnt have the 2nd lite on the wall adapter i would have under charged my ego.

Hmm something is definitely not right then. So the USB connector turning green and the adapter turning red indicates a full charge? But I vaped my batteries a full day on my ego and hello battery a day and a half, unless I'm missing something here?

we crossed the streams...
that's about 75% drained and thats what we should be measuring...

That's my point- these things are kind of flakey devices. Yes they do go green early- in fact that battery 101 paper explains why (and my last post)... the charger is probably turning green when the battery reaches max voltage which is only 90% charged...

yes you are missing something. The light on your charger is turning green before the battery is fully charged.

my lites didnt turn green at the same time.....thats all i know. Ive never sat and watched it before but thats what happend now that i did...lol. if i was charging my ego in my car or on my pc then i would have only had the 1 led on the ego charger to tell me the batt was charged. i just thought both the ego usb charger lite and the wall adapter light would go green at the same time. But didnt.

So is the USB and wall adapter light suppose to turn green? Or just the usb light? My wall adapter light never turns green. If I'm not mistaken all the wall adapter does is provide 5volts at 500mAh to the usb charger which has all the charging circuits in it. The wall adapter is just a transformer and thus the light just indicates A/C power is applied.

Mine turns green...I have a light on the usb ego charger and a light on my wall usb adapter.Others could be different in the kit cuz i didnt get my wall adapter in the ego kit.I bought it separate.

Okay. The wall adapters that come in the kit don't turn green but the usb charger does.

It's a shame that people review things and don't have the knowledge, but pretend they do. I don't review anything, but If I did I would state my opinion. If I had a magical charger that charges in half the time the manufacturer states. I would be worried.

All I know, If I really thought what I was saying is true. I would not change my tune to appease nay sayers like the OP did.

I tried to advise to hide. But you refused, and now look. You will never ever be forgotten about this or your vaporbomb threads. It could've happened but you wouldn't allow it.

AC adapter
input: 100-240v~50/60hz 0.1A max
Output:4.7v---0.08A

Ego usb
Input: DC 5v 500mA
Output: 4.2v 420mA

I noticed the outputs are differant. Would this matter or would this mess up my battery?
I don't think so, I use my iphone ac adapter from time to time and it's output is 5V--1A

Is that some sort of a threat? This is a forum where people can share their opinions, mingle, discuss about ecig/products and ecig topics. I'm not changing my information just because you want to be right.

But yet you continue to give your "tune" a very bad attitude in your writing than keeping a consistent legitimate discussion about the forum itself. There is nothing wrong with comparing data to one another, if I remember correctly. This review has nothing to do with vaporbomb so I kindly ask you to take that topic elsewhere.

You've taken arguments from singular to plural with others on this thread now because you disagree with our claims.

I've been reading through all this to find if both lights are suppose to be green and then I couldn't find the answer! Or I might have missed it. Soooooooo....are both lights AC/Wall Charger and USB Charger suppose to be green??? I just have my USB turn green and it seems to last me the whole day. BTW, I have the eGo kit which came with the wall charger. Also, what is the correct way of charging? Put in the wall charger, plug in the USB and then screw in the eGo battery? Thanks in advance!
