I hope I am not posting a thread that has already been made.

I am rather new to vaping and use the mega cartomizers with my Joye eGo. It is the only thing I have ever used so I am not so familiar with the various ways to vape other than with cartos.

But now I hear all this stuff about the tank cartridges.

Can someone please explain the differences between the two? Including such info a comparison as to how long they last? I hear the tanks are easier to fill. Is this true? Do they last longer (refill wise) before getting that bad taste and need thrown out?

Feel free to give me info I have not asked for, as I probably did not know to ask.

Thanks! :)

Hmm meant to make the topic Joye eGo - XL Cartomizer vs Joy eGo Tank cartridges. Oops

Your cartomisers and and the tanks are 2 separate beasts. The tank is for a special attomiser. They will NOT work on any attomiser except the EGO T attomiser, and you must have both parts or neither will work. The cartomisers will hold twice the juice..give or take, but the tanks are easier to fill. Hard to say if one is better than the other as its simply a preference and the tanks are still new, going through revisions, and probably will for a couple months still. They are designed to solve an issue and combine cartridges and the ever popular "dripping", but are still new in the market. Your XL cartomisers were designed to solve the small carto issue. So far they have good reviews and have settled in. But both have fans/haters. I wouldnt step into the tank or "ego T's" unless you can bear a $20 loss and deal with frustration. If you want to jump in with others and give em a shot, feel free. But you'll be like everyone else and be hoping they work for you, and simply working through issues along with everyone else. If you have an all day vape in place, and your just adding to the collection, then no reason not to give em a try. You obviously already have an ego bat, so all ya need is the Ego-T attomiser and a tank cartridge or 2. :)

I'm using both Boge LR soft tip cartomizers (Link) (easy to fill) and the eGo-T system - they are both great, both are really easy to fill / use systems, the eGo-T atomizer (Link) and new eGo-T tanks (Link) probably win out of the two - the draw back of the eGo-T is you might have to refill it twice a day, however it's super easy. :)
