Standard AC-to-USB wall chargers are available, multiple vendors.
Something like:

In my case I'm going to use a PT on a wall charger, so I'm getting one rated to 2A output. I'm not sure what the NHaler one is rated for (ask and I'm sure they'll tell you.)
