JoyeEgo-is this normal?

I've just received a Joye EgoT. When I put it on my old Riva charger-the green light comes on first then changes to red. As it charges, it's mostly red, but blinks green every 4 seconds.

Is this a normal Joye thing? I've only owned Rivas.

Different chargers have different logic in them. The Joye chargers behave a bit differently. What you are probably seeing is the pulses of voltage as it charges the battery.

I see the same thing on my joye 510 chargers, both the wall charger and usb charger. About every 10 seconds the light will flash green then go back to red until fully charged then its solid green.

haha, seems there are no 2 chargers alike with the Ego Chargers, when voltage pulses threw them they all seem to blink and light a bit differently.

The eGo chargers I have stay red and then begin the blinking as they get closer to fully charging the battery. The 901/801/510 wall chargers do the same. My understanding is the charger doesn't throw a constant current at the battery...it pulses it until it's fully charged.

It is working perfectly. Mine works by the same colour modes.

I have a slight red-green color deficiency (my maternal grandfather was completely red-green colorblind), so you can imagine how annoying all the red to green to red blinking is for me...lol, maybe someone should have thought to make them blue to yellow
