Anyone have experience with their CS? seems my three day old eCom mega battery is defective and they haven't responded to my emails after a couple days... Doesn't sit too well with me. If a company like Amazon can answer within a few hours, I'm sure joyetech could be a bit more responsive. Anyone have a phone number for the compe?

Not the first post I've seen about Joyetech's poor customer service response CC1, sorry to say.

They make good quality products for the most part, but CS seems to be their Achilles heel - especially of late. Hope you get the issue sorted out. If not, consider leaving a negative review in the review forum here on ECF. I've seen where a vendor will see the review and reach out to fix it.

It's a long shot, especially as they are not forum suppliers, but might be worth a try. At the very least you'll be warning other vapers.

So... I even requested an RMA to return or exchange the eCom Mega... Nothing. What a company. Several emails, two voice messages, nothing. I'm left with a battery and unit that is defective... I will keep trying and will post a review on this forum. Highly doubt I will be buying from them again and a buddy of mine is opening a vape shop... Gonna recommend he not carry their ..... Thanks all
