Hopefully you are in the warranty period buttons can be hard to fix unless mechanically inclined. If it's under warranty, do that. If you can't, well it sounds like it may be time for a new setup, although if you have a vape shop with competent employees you might take it in and see if they can do anything with it.
I won that setup but passed it along to a new vaper. My (brief) impressions were that it wouldn't be a bad first choice for a new vaper to try out
vaping, but if
vaping is to really stick, you may want to consider a slightly more robust setup. Lots of things available in the MTL direction, although I will hold off on recommending any as it's possible you are still in your warranty period and etc.
Although, if you want recommendations, I probably have some.
