I just discovered this thread, after an informative discussion with patkin in the other thread, I am now awaiting my eroll kit! And since I've seen it mentioned several times here, just a heads up that you can now get a starter kit with TWO cones. I got mine at Rocky Mountain, and with their current 25% sale I got the whole shebang for $45 (that even include free priority shipping)

I'm pretty stoked to try this thing. I havent smoked an analog in 4 years, and first tried vaping about 3 years ago. But at that time I tried a crappy and expensive brand (SafeSmoke, not even sure they still exist). Anyway, I was less than impressed and promptly gave it up, still didn't go back to analogs though :)

Fast forward to earlier this year, I somehow ran across some ecig news and began to see all the other options available now. After much research and knowing I wanted something simple & portable, I set myself up with a decent supply of 808 batteries, clearomizers and juice. I'm still happy with 808's, and I don't want to move up to "bigger & better" set-ups, so the eroll intrigues me. It looks like I'll get the same or maybe even better functionality as my 808's but with easier portability. My 808 PCC works ok, but I like that I won't have to tear down the cig & reassemble every time I charge. Right now Im carrying around 4 or 5 batteries, a couple of filled clearos, a bottle of juice and my PCC. This is gonna be so much nicer!

My first impression of the eRoll? ... it is everything I hoped it to would be, and then some.

As soon as it arrived, I put the PCC on charge ... assembled 3 complete batteries with full tanks and headed out the door to look for extra storage stuff.

I found the small black leather pouch at the dollar store ($1.50) and 2 small pill boxes at the drug store (2 for $3).

The black leather pouch holds 6 complete assembled batteries with tanks and 1 pill box (the pill box holds 3 cartridges perfectly).

This eRoll gives me the exact mobile unit I was looking for ... and the ability to easily carry 5mil of juice (in 12 flavours if I want).

As for the vape experience? ... it is totally awesome! ... very close to what I get from my eVic ... and miles ahead of my backup Blu kit.

I am very happy with this eRoll for on the go while using the eVic as my home device :2cool:

right now I am chain vaping the eRoll with 3 separate DIY flavours @ 6mg ... trying to drain the PCC lol.

Cheers :vapor:

I just wanted to stop in and thank everyone for all the info! I started vaping in 2011, but lasted a couple months. Fastforward to over a year ago: during the summer I almost drowned, got caught in a rip tide down the shore. Finally got back to shore, totally terrified, decided it was my last day of smoking, and got back into ecigs the next day. Started with egos(as I had originally started with cig-a-likes, some horrible, some mediocre) and smoktech dual coil xl cartos, started using vivi novas and kanger protanks, then transitioned to the "big leagues" with an evic and vamo. I just ordered an eRoll kit a couple days ago, should be coming in the mail today, and I'm so very excited! While I enjoyed the big mods, I'm not a big fan of carrying them in public. It gets tiresome always getting the looks, the questions. I love educating people on vaping, but I don't necessarily enjoy the confused/inquisitive looks I get. I'm a grad student, and I have noticed during this past year that ecigs have become much more accepted and appreciated, which is nice, but walking across campus with a big mod can be a bit much. Kind of feels like a similar analogy to the guys with the enormous, lifted pickup trucks(which I'll admit, I love): a bit of a showoff move… compensation perhaps? Anyways, thanks everyone, looking through this sub forum has really helped get a good grasp of the eRoll!

Just ordered an e roll. I use an e cab at home and am looking forward to using the e roll for work. Less things I will have to carry on my person makes the e roll a good choice. I'm not into flavors and only use 24 mg. unflavored juice. Seems to allow the atomizers to last longer. Very impressed with the e cab, so I'm sure the e roll will be just as good. I can only use it at breaks and lunch, so battery life should not be an issue.

Anyone having condensation issues with the e roll mouth piece? Does the mouth piece come apart for cleaning? I take the end off of my e cab and clean it out with a pipe cleaner. Works very well and you can get 50 in a pack from Wal Mart. Thanks in advance for any and all answers.

there is a small cap on the end you puff ... pry that off, then use a toothpick to pluck out the tiny round plastic barrier underneath that cap.

rinse all three pieces in hot water and let them dry on a paper towel ... assemble back together = new clean tank.

If you leave those pieces out, the flavor and throat hit improve quite a bit. You may get more condensation build up as a result though.

I am *brand* new to all this, but from a recommendation in the new member forum, and reading Qorax's review, I am ordering this thing on payday (Friday). Because I'm so ignorant, though, I do have a question about the recharging. I think Qorax mentioned that he recharges the PCC at night, while sleeping; I just want to make sure, there is no ill effect from leaving it charging all night? And a similar question about the eRoll itself -- think the review said it takes about 20 mins to charge -- what if you don't need it that soon, will it be ok just stored in the PCC?

Just want to make sure I don't destroy the thing thru plain ignorance!

Thx very much to all, this is a very informative thread -- and thx especially to Alisa1970 (who recommended it) and Qorax, for pointing out/describing something that appears quite capable of helping me finally kick the stinkweed! (and my husband thanks you too, as he is quite tired of choking to death on my smoke!) :)

The PCC stops charging when its full and that takes about 2 hours if drained... I think I recall that from when I first started using it but, truly, I never drain it anymore so may be wrong. At any rate, its not a good idea to charge batteries when sleeping. I don't even charge my cell phone while sleeping. Its just a safety precaution. Even with a battery you've been using a long time something can suddenly go wrong with age. Just because I use my cell phone all day every day doesn't mean I ever forget it IS a battery with the inherant possible dangers. If you aren't home all day, you can start recharging it in your car or right when you get home. The battery can be left in the PCC. It stops charging when full also but I don't leave it in there myself. That's really because I don't often take the PCC with me. I take about 8 charged batteries with me and leave the PCC at home unless I'm going on an extended trip. I like the "pack of smokes" feeling. We all have our ways.;)

If you order from JOYE eRoll Starter Kit - $60.00 : Rocky Mountain Vapor, The Mountain top of Electronic Cigarettes, the coupon code 20rocky is still good for 20% off. That brings it down to $48 with free shipping included. That code works for all of their stuff.

They also carry the replacement parts. JOYE eRoll Parts : Rocky Mountain Vapor, The Mountain top of Electronic Cigarettes :) :vapor:

Enjoy!
