If you haven't modified the tank, the only way that can happen is for so much juice to collect in the two air passages that it's sucked past the first baffle and collects so much in the space between the two end caps that you're suckling it out the hole. There's tons of visual indication that it's time to clean or change the tank before you get to that point.

It can happen as soon as 2nd or 3rd fill.. Or am I over filling?

Anyone experience the eroll leak through the mouth piece. (Leak from the hole on the very top)

I don't know what you consider a leak, but I have had a small amount of liquid end up in the mouth piece, and got some in my mouth.

The mouthpiece does come out, if you want to clean it. There are 2 removable pieces in there. Get a toothpick or something similar sized and put the tip of it into the hole and lift. Do the same thing with the inner "thingy" (yep, a technical term that I hope you understand ). Then get a q-tip or paper towel and soak up the liquid. Put the pieces back like they were, and viola ready to vape. :):vapor:

Not necessarily true and not very helpful. :2c:

When you refill, you can also blow through the tank when it's out into a paper towel. My experience is actually removing the fill cap to refill instead of filling through the hole wears them out faster. Getting the atomizer really hot by pulling frequently will sometimes Ashmore liquid out of the atomizer.. pulling to hard... using stainless mesh wick I get a lot of that type of leaking. Mostly though, if ya just wipe off excess blow it out a little, with average use, shouldn't be a big problem. May have something to do with the consistency of your liquid.. I think too thin and too thick can cause a little leakage. I try to make sure I have it thin enough and with enough nic so that it hits well enough on one pull so that I don't find myself double pulling.. I find weak or thick liquid will have me pulling twice or more for one good hit... cause mostly it is the getting too hot that will have you leak.

That's the one thing that annoys me, I like how well switching to a stainless mesh wick wicks... it tastes cleaner and extends the life of the atomizer, but I can't seem to make one that doesn't create that type of leak situation.. I just deal with it and clean it up a lot. I have made them really tight rolled and have it not leak, but then it doesn't wick well. Keep paper towels in my pocket... lol

Rotate your tanks as you insert them.. make sure they fit snug.. sometimes atomizer spike is imperfect sometimes it's the tank... but I still think if you have a lot of leaking it's more likely coming out of atomizer and not the sides of the spike. It's an imperfect solution using a tank setup of any kind.. too many variables that would allow some type off leak to occur, just stick with it and try a few different things and you'll probably narrow it down and minimize it.

Somewhere in New England
Davieslacker has a very good point...
An eRoll is a little Vaping stick...and a great one at that.
It is not double stacked 18650 VV/VW power mod with a HiPro RDA attached !
It's great for taking little vapes throughout the day....not for power Vaping.
Therefore, one would be wise to get or make a little stronger Nicotine juice for use with the eRoll.
So that you are not trying to keep your nic level up with 'your little Vaping stick !!!'

I use 6mg in the evenings...when I'm at home burning my RDA like crazy.
Around the house during weekends on my vMod, the tank is filled with 10-16mg/ml DIY juice.

But on weekdays, at work...when I have to stealth vape...my eRoll is packing a special DIY juice blend...
24mg/ml, green apple. That way, I can keep my nic level higher, get a good hit and flavor with just a couple of quick vapes on my eRoll.

Had my eRoll for two months now. It is a great little, trouble free piece of vapping gear. It has earned it's place in my Vaping arsenal, and next to my two vMod XLs is part of my everyday vape gear.
Vaper up !

I really like the form and idea if the eroll. I can't get it to wick that great. I get lots of intermittent dry hits. Do you ladies and gents have and tips to help? Thanks in advance.

I have better luck with "cleaner" juices. Dark colored juices tend to wick poorly in the eRoll and clog the atty. After switching to clear juices, I've been using the same atty for nearly a month without cleaning.

Im noticing sweet juices wick poorly, too. How are you cleaning?

I've also found that a single "pen flick" helps get the juice moving into the atty after a refill (the only time I get dry hits). You don't want to flood it, but that might help. I also flip it over and flick it when I go to refill it, so there's no juice between the atty and cart. It seems to keep things cleaner when it's apart.
