Do you need a different cartridge for every flavor or is there a way to clean when switching to avoid mixing?
If you are going form similar flavors that may work together (lets say, peach to strawberry) just vape the cart dry and fill with the new flavor, you won't notice the old flavor, other than a few 'transitional hits' of the old and the new flavors in the atty.
If you are going between drastically different flavors (hummmm, Lavender/Rose Tobacco to Cherry Tobacco) either use a different cart, or wash the cart well (again some 'transitional hits' to be expected).
If you are going between INSANELY different flavors (ohhhh, say Orange cream to Cucumber/Mellon) clean the cart, AND the atty (sevral good vids on youtube on cleaning the 'eGo c type A' attys).
If you ever have the guts to try some of the more extreme flavors (uhmmm, pizza, tuna, baby back ribs, grilled shrimp with garlic) not only should you use new carts, but you should use new attys for these, as you will never get those flavors out.
(yes, there are vendors that DO STOCK those flavors)
Also, coffee, chocolate and menthol flavors tend to stick around in attys for a while
Do cartridges or any other parts wear out that I should have spares on hand?
Yes, have at least 2 spare attys. An atomizer is a length of resistance wire wrapped around some fiberglass. Think of an atty like an incandescent light bulb, sometimes you get one that blows in a week sometimes you get one that burns over 100 years.
It looks like the starter kit is only 1 piece short of making 2 complete eCigs. Can that part be purchased separately so I can have 2 complete units?
Get a second 'eRoll Cone' I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY LEFT IT OUT OF THE KIT!!!
Are there any cleaning or maintenance supplies I should order?
Order, no. Buy, yes.
99% Isopropyl Alcohol (CVS or Target should have it) and some Distilled Water.
If you think an atty is dead, give it an overnight bath in the alcohol (6-24 hours) then let it soak in some nice warm distilled water for a few hours, then rinse in distilled water, let it dry and try it again.
(if you happen to have a consumer level ultra sonic jewelry cleaner, you may consider that, if you happen to have a professional level ultrasonic jewelry cleaner, don't even think about it... don't ask
