Thanks guys- I just placed my order with litecigs usa Good prices...better than wordupecigs...
Btw, if you want a LR atty head for these you have to go to the eCab section....the eCab uses the same atomizer... 5 pack for $20!!

If you pick the attys at wordup then use the drop down to select the LR ones they are 18.99 with free shipping =) +10% off

Ok guys, i just had the thing happen another person complained about. The cig just fired up in the case. I could hear the sizzling and it stopped when i pulled it out. It was probably 5-10 seconds and it was pretty hot. I wonder if the cutoff timer would have still worked in this situation? It was very strange and now im a little concerned that it will happen and overheat =(

Ive used and replaced it maybe 5 or 6 times, hasnt happened again. Very weird and kind of freaked me out! You can flip the battery around to make sure it cant charge or isnt connected once its full or if youve only taken a few puffs and you know its still almost full. I think i may take more advantage of that. With how cheap the batteries are its not a big deal if one only lasts a few months.

Do lr atties work on this battery? I would be worried about killing the bats... I absolutely love the eroll, I am vaping it pretty well exclusively right now.

They do work, may shorten the batt life a bit but they are like 10 bucks. With this unit even if you do drain your battery i dont see it as a huge issue, until they discontinue the unit

It will continue to fire in the PCC randomly. I have one battery that does it and one that doesn't. After writing a few emails to Joyetech directly they said they had never heard of the issue. Any QC or warranty issues must be handled with the vendor. I had to send them multiple emails just to get them to respond. The vendor has stepped up and will be replacing the entire kit. I'll update when I know more.

Sorry for your problems! Glad to hear that the vendor will replace your kit though. They will probably send it back to their supplier and they in turn to the manufacturer.

By the way, why did you think that Joytech China could/would replace the end user's product? They would need a whole department staffed by hundreds of English (and Spanish, French, Polish, Russian etc.) speaking staff to deal with thousands of daily queries, complaints etc. etc.

The way I see it, it's like contacting Mercedes Benz in Germany and asking for your car that you bought from your local dealer, (who in turn bought if from the importer, who in turn bought it from....) to be replaced to you privately in the US. Lol... OK that was a terrible analogy hehe... But something like that :p.

Keep us posted.

Joyetech has various links on their website for customer service/tech support/feedback. I never really know how manufactures handle things today. You would be surprised how many tablets I've had to send back to china for warranty work.

When the battery fires for a long period of time in the PCC it can get very hot. I don't mean "this is uncomfortable to hold hot" I mean " I can't believe this little thing can make that much heat"

Going right to the OEM manufacture is just a habit I guess. Just my career fading into my personal life. To use your analogy... If you had a really big problem with your Mercedes in Ohio, I would be the guy responsible for contacting the guy in Mexico who could tell me how to relay the info to my mechanic to fix it. I just wish i worked for Mercedes LOL

I really love this product and I hope they can find the root cause and avoid it. We're not the normal ecig consumer and may be more patient than someone who automatically disregards the product as "junk" and gives up.

I agree- Love the product and I've turned on at least 3 people with it...I explain it's a lot like the e-cigs like Blu they've been used to buying in the store but better and you can use your own juice- no need to depend on the few flavors that are marketed in replaceable carts only, and when they try it they are blown away. I just tell them to order juice too- find what comes closest to what they usually smoke (from the description of their brand)... iVape.net is pretty good. You can call Joe directly and he'll add parts to your eRoll order to help anyone get started!!

Btw I have not had a battery go thermo on me (yet). I hope it never happens!!

I could hear it sizzling from a good 5 feet away. The device is really a great size with good power, ive been relying on it and i enjoy it more than my other devices. If it happens with another battery ill update, keeping my fingers crossed it was a fluke

How long do the tanks last before needing a re-fill ? Thinking of getting one of these for my wife and one for my brother for Christmas and trying to figure out other than the kit if there is anything else I need to get. Seems to be easy enough to re-fill but want to make sure I don't need anything else. My brother smokes over a PAD of Marlboros and wife is about 12-15 Virginia Slim menthol lights and want to make sure they would know what they need to leave the house with each day when heading off to work.

Thanks,

Chris

@ logan115, the tanks are fairly small, and need refilling often...but this keeps the size down...great little product IMO. I would recommend getting a extra atomizer body along with the kit, as it only ships with one, also, the innokin u-can,(10ml stainless steel)is a perfect companion with this lil eroll, makes refilling a breeze :)...Got my son this setup for christmas as well..

Not very long. They will need to carry a UCan, bottle of ejuice or multiple carts with them. I use about 5 carts a day. I keep one in the eroll and 4-5 in a small plastic container like a pill case. The carts are very small and easy to change which makes up for the lack of volume. I noticed I vape more with the eroll because it so closely simulates smoking.

Im curious, has anyone had a part of the eroll die from normal use? Just wondering how long the parts last. Almost 2 weeks on the same 5 carts and 1 atomizer I started with. The second that came with the eroll is still in the blister pack.

Anyone know where to buy single lr atty's? I'm not willing to drop 20+ without knowing that they work. I would like to try one though.
