Well, I have an external battery with a USB connection as well as a solar charger! The external charging battery does my cell phone and a few other things on the go...it is 5200mAh.... Definitely taking it with me when I go to Tokyo next month!
Yeah those are great to have. I want to pick up one of the solar that also includes a battery, but generally reviews on these products are still rather poor.
Got my eroll over the weekend and I am very impressed. This is my new out and about e-cig. I will still use my twist at home for chain vaping.
You are absolutely right....the solar charger I have is a panel that rolls out...it has a USB connector on it but it does not store anything...It works well for charging some mod batteries if the sun is out and it also charges up the external battery. The external one I have was under $20 shipped from Amazon. It is Smart model number SM-06 if interested. It is compact and does the job and even has a built in LED light if you need that (certainly not necessary). I'd say it probably has 2 18650 (or slightly longer)size batteries internally in it.
I just discovered something really cool. Take the spike off an eRoll atty, and drip one single drop straight on the coil, put the cone on and tailpipe it. You will get 3 or 4 drags of amazing pure flavor, with incredible vapor, then the it will fall off, take a bunch of quick puffs to do a bit of a dry burn (be careful, the cone does get REALLY hot). Then take the cone back off and drop in a different juice, again beautiful pure flavor of the new juice.
There have been a few juices where it has taken a couple of drops to clear the old flavor, and if you let it sit for a couple minutes you will end up with a combo of everything, but for sampling, this is so much better than blowing out 510s.
ps, I say to "tailpipe" it, this is an old term for sucking straight on the atty, I found that the condensation in the carts throws off flavors. I am actually thinking of throwing a 510 drip tip in my lathe and making an 'eRoll Drip Tip'

My brother-in-law drips with his Ego-C all the time, so I believe it.
And I am a dripper at heart, so I could definitely be into it.
And if I could find an eRoll drip tip, I would add it to my arsenal.
Of course it would have to be exactly the right size so the thing would charge properly.
I just realized the pcc has a plastic protector covering the front and back. Took these off and its shiny now! Not sure if anyone else missed that like me

the soft silica gel drip tips for the 510 fit just fine! but you have to pop the tank back in to charge.
Ya, someone noticed that a while back but its worth mentioning again for all those that have missed it. Personally, its not one of those gaudy looking stock protectors on most things so mines still on there for now. Its pretty scratched up though on my white.
OK so I may order the eRoll tonight as my 'larger the real cig sized' kit. I used the 510-T for this purpose and hate it. So, I know the eRoll is shorter but the same width as a 510-T (boo but I'll live), talk to me about flavor and TH. I read you guys are getting good TH without going crazy like 36mg, etc but what about flavor? The 510-T muted the flavor so badly no matter what liquid I used. Had that plastic taste going all the time. Thanks! Love, the nag LOL!!!
Flavor was good for me the first couple of days but its like non existent now. Not sure what happened. I guess I could try a new atomizer or possibly try cleaning it out.

I find the flavor to be a little muted. Not as bad as it was with the eGo-C tanks I used to use, but muted. I usually drip a couple of drops of juice directly on the atty before putting the tank on and I find that helps a lot. The flavor is much stronger then.
the flavor is not as muted as with the 510t. the atty runs a lot hotter on the eroll than the t..this seems to help a lot. I also place a few drops on the atty post each time I fill my tank..keeps the dry hits at bay, and does seem to improve the blast in my menthol..lol.
to the "it's fatter than an analog" faction: I smoked Camel Wides for the last 20 years I smoked, so the diameter is actually perfect for me; regular analogs feel "skinny" to me. It's still a bit longer than my old wides, but it feels "normal" in my lips. YMMV.
Thanks all. Yep I know about the couple of drops in the atty trick but you guys did say muted. Hmm? Normally I would not care but money is tight right now and this is kit is a touch pricey. I hate being a fence sitter LOL I guess if it taste better then the 510-T. Even with some drops, the 510-T is like smoking plastic air and I use Halo.
ps. My main kit is 100% the size of a real cig (7.8mm X 84mm). I'm OK there. The eRoll would be a secondary kit.

I use Torque and Mystic in mine with LR attys, throat hit and flavor are very good. With Halo juices you'll be fine. They are thin enough to wick great and clean enough you don't have to worry about gunking up the atty. it's like they were made for each other. The only other juice I've tried in it was some HHV Gandalf 60/40 with SR atty. It was muted but not sure if it as the atty or the thicker juice causing it, maybe combo of both. I think I actually prefer the Halo juices in here than my other devices, and I've got a lot of them, RBAs, Provari mini and GGTS to name a few. I think you'll be quite pleased. Instead of carrying prefilled tanks I carry a plastic needle tipped bottle from COV.

if you are happy with you current set up..why switch??...unless curiosity wins like it usually does for me..lol. I did not think I would like anything better than my ecab..but got the eroll for christmas. I would not go back..but that is just me.
. My issue isn't muted flavor though..mine issue is a three year search trying to find a flavor that dose'nt make me gag...(except dekang menthol..love that). So, realistically I am not the the person who can give advise on flavor...wait.. maybe ...I am very picky about muting the ONE flavor I have. ..just rambling.... - Status
