Browsing around all I find are references to the Joye eGo, a local shop carries the MyStart ego and Im curious if they are the same maker or which is better I guess, before I spend hard earned money I want to make sure I get my moneys worth and don't want a cheap knockoff. Thanks!

Joye is the Brand name equipment - Everything else is a copy of their designs. Some very good, some junk.
