Whatever you decide, do NOT use the Smokymizer CE3 cartos with your ego batteries, they are evil! They murdered my 5 Ego batteries and my brand new Ego pass-thru.

I'm trying to decide if I want to purchase more Ego's or try something totally different....not sure what.

Just want to chime in here and say i know several people who swear by the CE3 and have never had an issue.

for every Ying there seems to be a Yang here in eCig land.

Yeah Clip, that definitely makes sense, I just still need to get all my terminology correct. I now definitely understand C vs T and what the references to "tank" mean. Slowly but surely It's all setting it.

I have about 5 people relying on me to figure this all out as they're all on board too. So I have to ensure I really know what I'm doing here! :)

I used to love CE2s but they can be high maintenance (learning curve, fiddly, etc.). You've been warned!

My new love is the Stardust from Gotvapes (works great on kgo/ego, etc.) but they're hard to come by now because they keep getting sold out!

Saw this for the 1st time yesterday, I am going to have to give that a go... it makes SO much sense... Litecigs has a version as well.. that's less expensive... But also sold out :(

In regards to my previous question ... is this what I would need for the atomizer to use a drip tip? JOYE 510 and eGo Low Resistance Electronic Cigarette Atomizer

The current setup I have has an atomizer that connects to the drip tip and then a hollow cone goes over top (to make it look nice basically). I hope I'm getting this last part correctly with the atomizer ... (although still not sure low vs. high res ...).

Oh, I do have another question ...

My current setup that I got locally for the C has an atomizer + cone and drip tip so that I can do the drip method. The eGo-C kits don't come with this atomizer, just the tanks ... which atomizer do I need for this to do this on a new setup?

Thanks

i need a photo...

you can't really drip an eGo-C
The atomiser is down inside a closed capsule that has a spike on top... this spike punctures the tank, but makes dripping impossible.

All eGo-C kits come with Atomisers... or it's not an eGo-C kit

eGo-C
Battery + Cone + Atomiser Core + Tank

if any of those 4 parts is missing, it won't function.

You are describing an eGo

NOT an eGo-C

See this page for how an eGo is built (though this looks like a bad knock off)

Right, this came from a local shop where their C and T kits, they include the atomizer + a drip tip.

Hopefully the pics might help. I'm with you that the cone/atomizer that comes with the C, you can't drip on; however it's a separate atomizer + drip tip + cone is what I'm using and like. Therefore, I need to figure out how to recreate this without buying locally. I remember her saying something about this was a specific atomizer because of the battery? Not sure ... just trying to get all my crap together as I think that's how I want to do this. The drip method + cartridges ...

Atomizer + tip

Atomizer + tip + cone

This is the basic setup with the cartridge and the proper C atomizer/cone combo.

haha ok ... so now, you're adding more into this when I was getting close to figuring it all out.

Does the cone fit over this to help conceal it/look better? Seems pretty cool ... but this doesn't replace the drip method though right? This replaces the stock "C" atomizer yeah? Or am I yet again ... missing something? I thought the drip tip was just for that, small bursts of hard hitting/flavorful smokes vs. a storage unit.

no. no cone... this is the cone.

I'm looking at picking a couple of these up for those times when I'm out and about for long periods... dripping is a Pain when your... driving for instance.

this would eliminate the possibility to drip...

it replaces everything but the battery.

You will need more than one battery.

Yeah, only one battery ... do I REALLY need two? The 650mAh will easily last a day no?

I don't know If I care that much about the cartomizer as I have the drip tank system too ... which I do like, hits harder.

Well, it shows eGo-C on the battery; however on Joyetech's website it actually shows that they print Joyetech on the battery.

Understood; however does the hollow cone fit over this? It's purely for looks/feel ... I like the full look/feel of the eGo with the cone. Is this the only place that sells this? I'm definitely finding that I really enjoy the drip tip MUCH more than the tank carts ... they just hit so much better, but yeah ... a few drips at a time can be annoying, especially while driving or out. This DEFINITELY seems like something I want.

Thanks again!
