Beware of joyetech.
They will refuse service since JOYTECH.COM is not joyetech.US!
I bought a Delta 2 atomizer and it did not work with eVIC.
They said since there is no link to joyetech.com - a chinese manufacturer, they cannot take returns.
Their products do not list compatibility to trick you into buying.
I tried over 5 ecig devics, none worked with delta 2.

Be aware and if you must, buy on eBay. Its cheaper!

I bet joyetech would not be amused someone is using there name with a slight misspelling

I keep getting redirects, and can find no joytech.com

And your post is kind of confusing

JOYEtech is a massive company that is very easy to get to on the web, been around since07 and invented the ego and evic.

The evic doesnt do low resistance heads.

Hmm.. Your post is a bit confusing.

Is it possible you accidentally emailed the support at JoyTech.com, a Korean domain registered in 1997, which clearly has no affiliation to Joyetech, instead of Joyetech?

Or are you saying that you purchased a Delta 2 from JoyTech.com, e-mailed Joyetech, and Joyetech said, "We do not support the Joytech Delta 2 because it is fake".

I think there's a misunderstanding here.

Also, what devices have you tried attaching the Delta 2 tank to? As a sub-ohm tank, it'll only work on a device that can properly fire the sub-ohm coils, which I think are either .2 or .5 -- either way, most basic e-cig devices won't fire this (Ego, Evic, etc..) without using the higher-ohm heads (which are often included in the original packaging).

What does that Korean company do? Lol I can't help I'm curious now

It's hard to tell because they have an auto-redirect set up (no idea why, and it seems like it's redirecting to a broken link).

According to the title of the webpage though, they sell "Video Game Accessories"? It's definitely sketchy, but they definitely aren't trying to rip-off potential Joyetech customers.

I was just curious because it's Korean and asking them about something called a Delta 2 could be taken different ways lol

Sorry for the confusion,

What I meant to say was, JOYETECH.US and JOYETECH.COM

They list the same item, Delta 2 on their web site.
However, if you purchase any item based on info from JOYETECH.COM, JOYETECH.US will not honor it.
And it's beside the point.
Their product does not list "compatibility" and you have to find out after the purchase!
Just lookup DELTA 2 and see if you can find any product is listed as compatible.

Joyetech.us - a reseller in CA, had to plug into their devices to find out that it did not work with eVIC.
After asking me to put fluid in, they say they can't exchange because its wet!

I am just used to so many good service companies, like mikeusa.com ,the owner calls me to point out my order mistakes, and johnsoncreek.com where anything can be returned without any question asked!

Thanks but no thanks to JOYETECH.

It looks like you are right.
JOYETECH.US has a link on their page which stated it belongs to Joyetech Group. If you click the link it redirects you to JOYETECH.COM. So, it is the same company, its branch. It is interesting how they structure their customer service.
