That article is over four years old. No, the judge didn't say that. The judged forced FDA to regulate e-cigs as a tobacco product, not a medical product. You need to read up on this.

B. Because your country criticises it's own rules and ragulations.

Some are not that lucky.
The health dept. in my country, passed a ragulation, banning all sales and holding with the intention to sale, of all vaping related products.
It is about to take effect in 5 months.
