Juice differences...

I have finally noticed why I like some juices and dislike others (even the same flavor).
Juices from some companies have juice that has alittle peppery taste in it (these I do not like). The others have a smoother taste and no peppery taste I have noticed.

Now....(because it seems not many venders have their name on the juice bottles), how might I go about figuring out which juice came from where?
Is there any code or anything that might give me a clue?
