Of course I have only been vaping for 11 days. I have several pieces of "new" equipment. LOL, "new" from my first EVOD kit. I have been enjoying a BCC mega clear on a Evo Twist, also got another BCC mega but it is tinted purple and another BCC mini but is tinted green. Anyway, I have so far bought all my equip and juices from a local vape store (apparently a new place opened about 5 months or so ago...??) Just the past few days placed my first orders online for some juice from Alice In Vapeland, Virgin, and Heather's. From what it says on the websites could be up to 2 wks before arrival?

I have bought about 8 or so different flavor juices, maybe 10 (from the local Vape store). But I seem to like the "tobacco flavor" I first got as well as a coffee flavor the best.

I was told that if it started tasting "burnt" then my wick/coil was burned out and I needed to replace and NOTHING is tasting burnt. But my juice has darkened quite a bit from a..."golden" original color to a dark brown. I mean I can hold the bottle up to the BCC mega and see the diff. Is this bad? Is it that the twist is hotter? Taste seems to be the same...but I don't have the best discerning tastebuds. I could try putting the cart on a diff battery or something. Is it bad. let me know thanx, new Pals!

Color changes happen with some juices and generally, it's nothing to be concerned with. Especially if the coil you're using has been in service for a while. The coils get gunked up and impart that thickness and darkness to your juice.

There's no need to toss out your coils because of it. Most heads can be cleaned, dry burned, cleaned again (to get the residue out) and put back into service. I have a dozen Protank heads that have been in service for quite some time (we're talking a couple of months).

I agree with retired1. some juices do change but not all. I have a local juice that once about 3ml juice go through it I must clean and dry burn the coils to prevent the color change. I find that the darker juice tastes burnt and usually begins by streaking from the wick holes getting darker as I vapor more, eventually it runs a fresh tank of juice. just clean your atty regularly and you should be good.
